Lots of stuff in a short time! - We went with PEP (our guide). She knew lots of the history and was willing to modify to what we wanted to do. Let us out for pictures. She took lots of pictures for us, it was like have a photographer too! She let us eat and shop in China town...we had a great time!
Highly recommend.

Private San Francisco Tour - We came to San Francisco to visit family and decided to go for a tour with Alegro. Our group consisted of 6 people, including children. We had such a lovely time. We live in Florida, so it was definitely a bit chilly for us, but we had a great hike and my children were amazed by the size of the sequoias. Pep is very knowledgeable and gave us a very comprehensive history lesson about the city. My children were too young to be bothered with this, so Pep was kind enough to take us to a playground where the kids could be free while we (the adults) continued to learn from her. I think this was very thoughtful of her and I appreciate that special touch. I also have to appreciate the fact that she gave us all completely water bottles. Great job Pep! Keep it up. Overall the tour was really great. I could write so much more! We will definitely be in touch when we come back to California! Thank you Alegro Tours!

Exploring SF with Pep - Great day exploring SF with Pep. She was extremely informative about this city and its history. And the views of the Golden Gate Bridge were awesome.

The Best of San Francisco - As we disembarked from our cruise ship we were met by a very friendly tour guide. On our tour we saw everything on our list along with a few other places. Taking this tour was a relaxing way to see and enjoy the city and all that it has to offer. We had numerous opportunities for pictures. Overall this was a very memorable experience for us. I would 100% recommend doing this tour if you want a comprehensive tour of San Francisco.

Enjoyable tour - Family here from Canada and wanted to show them some of San Francisco. This was an excellent way to do it. Our guide, Pep, was great. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and an excellent driver. Lovely experience.

San Fran City Tour with Pep Cearnal - Pep Cearnal was a delightful host and tour guide! She provided an insightful tour of San Fran, taking us to each and every one of the various districts that make up the city of San Fran. She shared her knowledge of the city and encouraged us to stop and take photos of the many locations that we visited, as well as to graciously assist us in taking group photos of our family in some of those most highlighted sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon into early evening with Pep and would recommend her to anyone looking for a similar city tour experience.

Terrific Intro to SF - We were 6 adults and so needed a larger car. We were set up with Effie in an immaculate Suburban. Effie was very knowledgeable, not only about SF but also restaurants in various parts of the city, and our other stops down to San Simeon. He was genuinely enthusiastic, and we got to see much and make a number of great photo stops. The 4 hours was perfect not to feel rushed.co

A short but fun-filled San Francisco city tour with Pat - We started early with the tour as suggested by our very pleasant tour guide ,Pat,to avoid the traffic.It was educational and experiential.We only did not take beautiful pictures but we experienced passing by the golden gate and the crookedest street .Pat made us go down a very long stair walk which made us feel how it is to live in very steep hilly place.She introduced to us some of SFO’s icons like the young man who invented the .television and the lady who had the first breast implants.Not only were our eyes treated to the beautiful sceneries,our minds were also filled with so many trivias like the tallest building and the highest hill.Pat also made some suggestions as to where to eat and to buy touristy stuff.The big pleasant surprise,however,is George Lucas’movie complex.My son is a big Star Wars fan and he really enjoyed the Yoda fountain and the small museum of Lucas’ films.After the tour,Pat dropped us off to the endline of the cable car which we took to end our wonderful San Francisco city tour.Thanks Pat for being patient and for giving us a memorable tour.By the way,she also provided bottles of water and some snacks to keep us hydrated and to sustain our energy.

A DiSASTER - Utter disaster and a disgrace. Do not use. Disastrous organisation Guide changed 3 times the night before and the guy who showed up was delightful but just a taxi driver with poor English and knew ZERO about SF. We immediately complained and then had to meet the original woman who was rather reticent about information and we’d read most of what we were told on Wikipedia. No cultural or historical knowledge. She offered a refund which I wanted half of as we did see Golden Gate but that did not make up for the waste of time and frankly I was worried she wasn’t well. Trip Advisor should not be offering this.
