As a local, I did not realize how many attractions we have and I loved the Air and Space museum and Legion of Honor. We also went on the sightseeing bus and our tour guide was super good.</p>

Lots of activities to choose from - I researched a number of Pass options and decided the Sightseeing Pass suited my requirements best. It provided excellent value for money when compared to the individual prices of the activities I chose. I had a little bit of trouble booking one of the options in advance, as I hadn’t received a validation email from Sightseeing Pass, which resulted in me having to make a telephone call to the USA too obtain these, which was a bit annoying but otherwise all was great.

Hassle - The whole process to use the card has been a hassle. We couldn't get reservations for the attractions we choose. We couldn't get help online for how to engage.

PASS on the San Fran Sightseeing pass! - Pass on the San Francisco Sightseeing Pass! Do not walk...RUN away! The San Francisco Sightseeing Pass is no longer accepted at most vendors in San Francisco. The Reason: The Sightseeing Pass was bought by another company who STOPPED payment to most of the vendors listed on their website. It was very disappointing to visit each vendor and be turned away, even though we paid to visit these sites! I do not blame the vendors. They would go out of business if they tried to honor all the fraudulent passes that the sightseeing company is selling! The blame is 100% on the sightseeing company who continues to sell passes even though they will not pay most of the vendors. Here's what is no longer accepted: Madam Tussaud's wax museum, Ripley's Mirror Maze, the Hop On Hop Off Big Bus Tour, the Muni (street car), 7D experience at Fisherman's Wharf. I have called and emailed and received no answer and no response. Please do no waste your money on this pass! VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Sightseeing pass in SF sucks - I’ve bought passes in almost every city we have travelled too and always had a successful trip. But the San Fransisco sightseeing pass is a waste of money. I spent $258 for 2 adult All inclusive flex 3 day pass tickets (me and my 16 yr old daughter for mother daughter week away) and all we were able to only do the escape room and walking tour. Everything was either cancelled last minute, not available this time of year, or worse the website information for times open was wrong.example $30 credit for burger barn per pass. We went there for dinner as their website and brochure says they close at 9pm but we got there at 7:45 and they were already closed. The passport day pass for Muni wasn’t honored either. I highly suggest you go with the citygo pass or purchase tickets outside this sightseeing pass. By the end of our 4 day trip we were able to do 1 walking haunted tour which was boring and your taken through the worst part of town which is called tenderloin late at night where we were literally stepping over heroin needles and drugs on the floor as we passed an old homeless dude shooting up. (I’ll include a photo to prove what I say is true) And 2 escape rooms which were great but honestly that was the only day attraction we were actually able to book. Even the hop on hop off bus sent us to 2 separate locations to activate those but both places were closed early. So we had to end up buying a muni and Bart card which I do Highly suggest for transportation and do our own self adventure tours. So San Francisco visitors do not trust the sightseeing pass it’s a waste of time and a waste of hell of a lot of money.
