Must do tour of San Francisco and Muir Woods. - This was by far my favorite activity while in San Francisco! We started with a tour through San Francisco neighborhoods including the Presidio, Chinatown, Lombard St, and the painted ladies. Mark, our tour guide was knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and the history of San Francisco. We even drove past the house from Mrs Doubtfire, and the original Lucas Film building. We stopped briefly for pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge at Fort Point before heading to Muir Woods. During the drive to Muir the tour guide played music either about California or artists who recorded/live in the San Francisco Bay area with a fun trivia game about either the artist or song. He also gave a brief history of Muir Woods and why its a National Monument rather than a National Park. Once we arrived we were told about some places to visit in the woods as well as the best hike given the tours time limit in the area. It does cost extra to enter the Muir Woods but if you have a fourth grade National Park Pass through the Every Kid Outdoors program you can get in for free. After the woods we headed to Sausalito for lunch. Music trivia continued during the derive from the Muir Woods to Sausalito. The tour guide's lunch recommendations were excellent and the service and food at Napa Valley Burger was amazing. If you have time definitely get ice cream at Lapperts. After lunch we drove back into San Francisco with a stop at the Palace of Fine Arts for pictures before heading through the Marina District and finally toward Pier 39 to be dropped off to catch the ferry to Alcatraz. (My trip did not include Alcatraz.) Once again we loved the tour guide's knowledge of Alcatraz history as well as the neighborhoods we traveled through. We were dropped off at the pick up location near the Powell & Hyde Cable Car Turntable.

A great tour to give you a overview of San Francisco - We travelled with Dylan's Tours on our second day in San Francisco and had Sully as our driver/guide. His knowledge was absolutely incredible, and he offered such a wonderful snapshot and history of the different areas of San Francisco and surrounds that we travelled through. Absolutely loved Muir Woods, who would know that this little gem is so close. Highly recommend this tour if for nothing else, the history of this gorgeous city. Sully was a fabulous guide.

Good tour with Sanfransisco price. - Our guide Roger was excellent. He told histories and points of interests of San Francisco with light hearted notes. Those stories were very interesting and informative. He conducted the tour in very safe and efficient manner. His gave us many good tips to use during our trip in Sanfransisco. We were very glad that Roger was our guide. The tour took us to many interesting location in the bay area. We have good idea of what we like to revisit next time when we come back to Sanfransisco. Only 4 star but not 5 star is because the info on the TripAdvisor site was not accurate. Our tour had more than 18 people in the van and we did not receive any water offering.

My Trip to Muir Wood National Monument - I truly enjoyed my trip to Muir Wood National Monument of Dylanstours with an exception. Driver of 2 pm tour on 14 July is, I think, a top driver & tour guide. However, the staff who received my call was not nice as he thought that I was yelling him. In fact, my voice is originally loud. And my voice was shaking as I was so frustrated yesterday. The main reason was that the location marker of the Tour Address is NOT correct, and I've already informed them. I do hope that other travellers will not face an issue like me in future. I was unnecessarily frustrated yesterday due to the wrong location marker of the company at the Google Map. As a tourist, I rely mainly on the Google Map & TripAdvisor for travelling in major cities in the US. This is my first time experience of the wrong location maker of the tour company listed in TripAdvisor in Google Map. Anyway, I thanked the company for arranging to pick me up at my location eventually.
