Well worth it - This place is fabulous. We had no problem getting tickets the same day. Lots of people but it was not crowded. Handicap accessible. Bonus, beautiful views of Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the Presidio.

Very interesting - We stayed next door to the lodge at the presidio so we stopped by to kill a couple of hours. The museum is dedicated to the life of Walt Disney. We were a little tired so we went thru it kind of fast but you can easily spend hours there going thru everything. Also tickets were free for military/veterans with proof. Would definitely recommend it if in the area.

Informative modern biography - So much reading to do but well worth it. An audio version for eg kuds, dyslexics would be a great idea. Each gallery was different and interesting and Walt's life story was well told. Felt like I knew him by the end and cried at the tributes and thinking hiw much he has left as his legacy. He always seemed so positive even in the face of adversity which I admire greatly.

Excellent museum a must see - Excellent museum a must see for both Disney fans and everyone else. The museum told the story of Walt Disney and was choker block with photos, drawings and models. So much Disney memorabilia in one place. Make sure you allow at least half a day to explore it’s well worth a visit and make sure you take a camera as you will leave with loads of photos.

Enjoyable and informational museum - I guess I never really thought about what Walt Disney did besides owning theme parks and owning a movie company. I mean, I knew he was involved with making cartoons and such, but I guess I never realized the extent of cartooning and movie making he personally did. It was fascinating learning about his life, from little on up and his journey to who we know him to be today. He truly was an innovator-- I had no idea about how much he did for the craft of cartooning and animation. I used the app (free) which provided narration. Not sure if it's because I was tired or it wasn't clear, but it took me about half way through to figure out how to use the app to go with different exhibits and not miss anything. It was just a tad confusing. Overall, it was worth a visit and the $25 to get in. If you are coming with a family it may be a little pricey and I'm not sue younger kids would really get much out of it, but I'm glad I went! I recommend if you have two hours (or a little less) and need something to do.
