Accompany your Cesarina host to the local market, where they will educate you about seasonal ingredient selection. Subsequently, you’ll head back to their residence, warm up with an authentic Italian Aperitivo, and partake in the cooking lesson. You will learn how to prepare a signature Pasta variant, typical to the city you’re in, and the renowned Tiramisu dessert. Post-class, you’ll get to savor everything you’ve crafted, paired with local wines.
