• San Gimignano - The driver will collect guests from their location (hotel, B&B, or private apartment) and take them on a scenic drive through the charming hills of Tuscany. The first stop is the medieval village of San Gimignano for a self-guided tour. San Gimignano is a fortified medieval hill town near Siena, famously known as the “Town of Fine Towers.” In the Middle Ages, the city boasted over 70 towers. Today, it serves as an open-air museum, offering a glimpse into the medieval era. The town is also renowned for its saffron, the Golden Ham, and its white wine: Vernaccia di San Gimignano, made from the ancient Vernaccia grape variety grown on the area’s sandstone hillsides. In the main square, visitors should not miss tasting the world’s best ice cream at Gelateria Dondoli, and throughout the village streets, they can admire the remarkable craftsmanship of local artisans. Guests can also climb the tower-museum (Torre Rognosa) for a breathtaking view and to hear the legend of the “Devil’s Tower.”

• Our driver will pick you up at your location and take you on a journey through the rolling hills of Tuscany. We will move among olive groves, cypress trees and vineyards until we see the magnificent towers of San Gimignano. San Gimignano is also famous for the white wine Vernaccia, produced from the ancient Vernaccia vine.
• Later we will move to a typical Tuscan family-run farm, to understand the secrets of wine production and enjoy a lunch with homemade pasta, bruschetta, percorino cheese and 6 wine tastings. • On the way back we will stop in a second typical cellar for a second tasting of Chianti, Sangiovese, Super Tuscan and more…
