The setting was beautiful - we got to prepare tiramisu, porcini and ricotta ravioli and a pici… the experience making the pasta was great and insightful. The sauces that Laura made were amazing- we had a zucchini and sage cream sauce for the ravioli that was incredible. Lara then made a ham, salami and tomato cream sauce for the pici that was phenomenal- the whole meal was great and we learned how to prepare it! The local wines accompanying the dinner were great. The tiramisu had set for a couple of hours and was the perfect desert! For this to be our first night in Tuscany, we could not have picked a better way to start our stay here.
