5 STAR Experience! - AMAZING! There were so many wonderful elements to our experience. This is a must if you are in the area and would like to experience some of the best Tuscany offers. The family has the most amazing property and views. We tried the aged balsamics, olive oils and finishing oils that are superior. I truly found the wines exceptional and I really appreciate the fact that things are beyond organic, they are biodynamic! The service was 5 star and I highly reccomend Podere La Marronaia!

Fantastic tour with beautiful views - This was such a highlight for us! We absolutely loved our wine and olive oil tasting along with a lovely Tuscan lunch! We sat on the patio ( a bit hot this day but we did have misters) and a view of San Gimignano! We enjoyed all the wines we tried and even tried some extra Rose’ that was on the house. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting was fabulous and we ordered some to take home and for delivery to our home in the states. Everyone was so friendly and did such a great job of explaining the wines and oils. We did the 1130 tasting and had plenty of time to go into San Gimignano for shopping afterwards. Highly recommend this tour!

Second to none. - If you ever find yourself within an hour's drive of this location, take the time to drop in and experience one of the most picturesque locations in Italy. This location is just outside of town and has at least two of my favorite wines from Italy. We have since finding this gem, ordered wine shipped to our door. The problem is when friends come to visit, we have to make another order due to the popularity of the products they produce.... But hey, that is what a great bottle of wine will do. See you all in May 2024! Joe, Jen, Chris, Wendy,

Fantastic place with kind people and great food - The grounds were beautiful. The waiter/server explained things quite well. The wine and oil and vinegars were quite good. The food was also amazing. I bought at least one bottle of everything we tried. Plus we could try other things. Delightful

Don't Miss this Special Treasure - I was on a mother-daughter-sister trip to Italy. Our guide recommended this spot for lunch and it was PHENOMENAL! We sat outside (July) looking over the gorgeous vineyard and eating / drinking delicious food and wine. What an incredible experience. Don't miss this special treasure!

Nice afternoon. Tasty food. Not much information. - The balsamic vinegars and olive oils were very tasty. The lunch was very good. The staff was helpful and the view of San Giamiagiano was spectacular. The only letdown was that there was no information about how any of the products were produced. We had hoped to understand oil and vinegar production and perhaps see some of the process. A nice afternoon, though.

Fab meal, really pricey olive oil - The meal was wonderful and the scenery was magnificent. My only bit of unhappiness was the upsell for the wine and olive oil. We bought the olive oil box which was VERY expensive in our view, which was ok until we got an email say the price PLUS a 20euro handling fee. Once I saw that I tried to cancel. No luck. Lovely meal not happy with the sales practice afterwards.

Dissapponted - Not what I expected. The place was near a big road so you could hear the cars driving by at high speeds, the tables are on oak barrels which are too high to sit at and too low to stand. We had a swarm of bees come to the table and the waiters did nothing except apologize. The appetizers they brought were dry, and pasta was better, but there was a lot to be desired. The cherry on top was the owner who told us we couldn’t get our money back for booking 4 people for the tasting when it was two kids and two adults. ( we had specified it in the notes, someone should have notified us of the mistake. BEFORE the visit). So I ended up paying for a wine tasting for 4. They did not even offer a free bottle of evoo for God’s sake. We have travelled the world and had many wine tastings, this one needed a lot more improvement. The quality of the wine was average at best. I don’t recommend. Save your money and time and try another place.
