Starting at 5:00 pm, indulge in seventy-five minutes of sheer indulgence as you explore, savor, and discover the culinary delights of this historic viticultural region.
  Comfortably ensconced in our plush and expertly designed tasting room, we present to you: expert-led tastings, gastronomic pairings, and captivating narratives.
  Four Vernaccia selections (including two vintage Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and two Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva) and a versatile local red ‘San Gimignano DOC’, all paired with the finest Tuscan offerings.
  The storytelling will transport you through the rich history of this venerable viticultural area, its vineyards, its wineries, and the dedicated individuals who have been nurturing and harvesting it with fervor and perseverance from time immemorial.

Embark on a tantalizing journey into wine tasting, with five varieties in our well-equipped and cozy lounge. All patrons can safely relish this shared and one-of-a-kind experience while maintaining necessary distance. Should you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please provide details in the ‘notes’ section when making your reservation and we will strive to satisfy them. The tasting fee covers all expenses: wine tasting, water, and selected food pairings. The Rocca di Montestaffoli does not offer conventional bar facilities such as coffee, tea, sodas, spirits, or snacks. Children can also partake in this experience; our team will arrange a special assortment of gourmet treats at a charge of €8 per child. Please note, however, that serving alcohol to underage individuals is prohibited by law.
