A Must Do in Italy!! - This was an amazing visit. Wine was the best! The Olive Oil was delicious and flavorful! The knowledge of our wine guide was excellent. The food was amazing and paired so well with each wine. The outside venue and atmosphere was very relaxing. Out of the 9 days in Italy, this was a definite high point of the trip. You have to try it. They have so many different tours. When we make it back, we will have to do a cooking class. Thank you for an amazing day!

Not a typical tasting experience - A very personalized tasting of high quality wine, olive oil, and lunch in a lovely setting. Not your typical mass tasting with small quantities, this was a meal with ample opportunity to taste everything

Che bella giornata! - What a beautiful setting to enjoy olive oil, wine and have lunch. Our waitress was extremely attentive and explained how the wines we tasted were produced. We loved them so much we ordered six bottles to ship back home.

Wine and Olive Oil Tasting in San Gimignano - This was a wonderful experience. We reserved a table in the vineyard, one of three tables situated just above the vineyards but below the gardens above. The setting was beautiful and tranquil. We tasted four wines in all, and lunch consisted of 3 full courses, plus bread to taste the balsamic and olive oils. All the wines are grown and made there and are completely organic. We had 2 white, both Vernaccia and 2 reds - a Chianti and a Super Tuscan. with our meal. We also got to taste the original EVO and the flavors they infuse, along with their 3 balsamics. The food was wonderful. After the bread, there was a course with small bites, a mushroom crostini, white bean and onion crostini, a vegetable omelet and pizza. Along with that was pecorino, truffled pecorino, and three meats, a prosciutto, a salami, and finocchiona, a local Tuscan salami with fennel. We tried everything with the different oils and balsamic. We finished with their special pomodoro, which was bread soup, but the bread absorbed all the moisture, and ricotta gnocchi. Again we tried with all the oils. We added an extra glass of wine with dessert, a rose Prosecco for me which was light and fruity, and a Super popTuscan for my husband, which they served with chocolate, to allow a taste before and after. The service was wonderful, we were not rushed at all. Our server explained all the food and wine and answered all our questions. The views were incredible with the vineyard and olive groves. They ship to the US, and it was easy to order some to bring home and remember our visit.

Great Wine Tasting and Lunch - We had a delicious wine tasting and lunch on the patio with a beautiful view of the beautiful town of San Gimignano. The lunch and wines were fantastic with wonderful explanations and they were very accomodating with my husband's gluten and dairy allergies. Wonderful experience

Mediocre experience - Great location. Good food. Okay wine. Our server/host was completely disinterested and distracted. Felt like he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. Our time slot was 4:00-530 and by 5:00 they were putting things away. And the tour of the vineyard never happened
