Ruins and Pools tour - Jason was amazing. Too bad that the road to the Cave was washed out and we couldn't go. Highly recommends and would return to the Pools.

Best way to see Caracol. - Jason was awesome. Not only did he explain the ruins themselves, but most of the trees as well. We learned about the history of the villages and people of Belize. Lunch was great.

Excellent tour by a very knowledgeable and enjoyable guide. - The tour of Caracol was excellent. Very well paced and geared to the needs and interests of the group. I cannot say enough good things about our guide, Eddie, who was extremely knowledgeable on virtually everything (Mayan history, current culture, biodiversity, you name it) and was a terrific speaker and story teller. We felt very lucky to have him as our guide. We have visited other Mayan temples on our own, but it was great to learn about this one in real time. Our only complaint about the tour was that the lunch was good but a bit skimpy.

Great tour with incredibly knowledgeable guide! - Our guide Ed was terrific and provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience while sharing his wealth of knowledge with us about the natural and historical worlds! The Rio Frio pools provided a much needed opportunity to cool down and chill out before heading back to the City. Highly recommend!

Not a great end - Our tour left late. I think we were suppose to see a cave but we must not have had time. There was a conflict on the bus between another tourist and my husband at the end of the day. The bus wasn’t made for tall people and both my husband and this other man were tall. At the end of the day the other guy sat in my husbands seat, the one he had sat in 3/4 of the day. The guy refused to move. He was gripping his bag like a child and said there were no assigned seats. Granted that is true but our stuff was under the seat and he had sat there the whole time. He was so rude, childish and a big bully. The only thing he had to do was ask and we would have most likely switched seats. It was unbelievable. My husband and I were upset and words were exchanged. We decided to be bigger people and move seats. His friends were encouraging him. The whole thing seemed so ridiculous and the way he was clutching his bag and refusing to move or talk civilly reminded me of a toddler. His whole group was rude (another tour group joining of Italian tourists). Besides rude, my husband thinks it was racism. He was the only other person of color on the bus (besides the driver and guide) and the guy didn’t choose to push anyone else out of their seats or try to find a solution. It was a long and bumpy trip. The road is bad and it takes a good two hours. The ruins and swimming was nice but the day ended with a bad taste in our mouths. I am sure the driver heard and said nothing. The guide wasn’t in the bus. We didn’t want to escalate the situation so we didn’t involve the guide. We actually saw the guide the next day and debriefed and he was very empathetic and apologetic, and kind and said he noticed a change in seating which was unusual. We almost cancelled the next tour but I am glad we didn’t because that one was amazing.
