Cave tubing is a must do! - Cave tubing was such a great experience. Our group had two guides, Leo and Marlon. They were both so knowledgeable about the nature on the walk to the start of the tubing, the cave formations, and the history in the cave. Exploring the cave was so much fun and the lunch was delicious. I also did cave canoeing the next day with Leo and he had so much information about the cave and how the Mayans used the cave. This company does a great job and I highly recommend.

Cave Tubing Adventure with Francisco! - We had an incredible time on our cave tubing adventure with Francisco. His knowledge of the jungle and the cave system was so impressive! He also took extra time and care with those in our group that needed assistance as we explored the cave and during our cave swim. We learned a lot, had fun, and he started us a little further up the river to give us a more personal experience away from another group! Thank you Francisco! We would recommend a tour with you to anyone!

Fun day tubing & spelunking - Had a great day with Marlin as our guide. He picked us up at our resort (prearranged) and drove our group of 4 plus 3 others to the location. Takes about an hour 15 min from San Ignacio. Shared info about the region/country along the way.
You then get a hard hat, life vest (required) and inner tube. Choice of him doing all the work (linked together) or you doing all the work. Water level was very low.
He shared info along the path where you cross the river 3 times & walk about 30 minutes (with several stops along the way for info). Once at the cave he takes you through, explaining things along the way.
I was surprised we got out of the tubes and did a little hiking (spelunking) up a small waterfall and around some formations. We jumped from a ledge about 12 feet into the water below then made our way out of the cave where you float about 20 minutes more.
Lunch was jerk chicken (leg & thigh piece) red beans & rice, chips & salsa & coleslaw with punch & water. Then you head home.
A long but fun day.

10 out of 10 - This was an amazing experience. The guide did a wonderful job of getting us to and from the site. He was timely, informative, and patient. The zip lining staff, did a wonderful job of explaining how the course work and would make any first timer comfortable.

If you book Belize Caving Expeditions, get Cisco! - We started the day off with local pickup from my hotel, explored the Mayan Ruins, and then went cave tubing. Our tour guide, Cisco, was unbelizeable 😂. He's just so damn friendly, and you know you're safe with him. Very grateful to have him as my guide. The experience is top notch, and if you want the cherry on top, you'll request Cisco. I promise you won't regret it. I downloaded TripAdvisor just to write a review for my experience. And this is totally unwarranted. I was never asked to write a review. TAKE THE TRIP!

Trustworthy company, Marlin helped create memories that will last forever. - We rented an airbnb in San Ignacio and this company came highly recommended. They were right. We booked xan and cave tubing as well as an ATM tour and taxi to and from Belize city airport to San Ignacio. Our guide/taxi driver was on time at the airport holding a sign with my name on it while I watched others search for theirs. We were the first ones out of the airport. Marlin was the greatest. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed him. I traveled with a teen whom was completely out of her element on this trip. During the Cave tubing Marlin made sure she was taken care of in a very kind hearted, compassionate and at times comedic way. Without him, this trip may have been to much for her. He went above and beyond to make this trip enjoyable for all of us. Unfortunately our ATM tour was canceled due to heavy rain the night before and we had to request a refund. Belizecaving asked me to provide my CC information again to refund the trip. I was leery as this is not a common practice in the US. I had asked our airbnb host if this was safe. She told us normally people will just rebook for a different date however our time in San Ignacio was over. She assured us it was safe and advised Belize banking system does take some time to do these things. I emailed my CC info to Belizecaving as instructed and with out a hassle I was refunded in 8 days. Belizecaving is 100% trustworthy, which is a big deal in my book as I have read horror stories about others. Hopefully I will be back in Belize at some point in the future and will, without a doubt, book EVERYTHING I do in San Ignacio though Belizecaving.

Meh. I'd go with a smaller company or pick up a guide there yourself. - These experiences depend so much on your groups and your guides. If you're a small group looking for a small tour, go with someone else for sure. Everything was fine but by no means exceptional. PLUS if it is hot out, their vans are the worst for AC at the end of the day.

Terrible - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give this a zero I would, for multiple reasons. They processed with full payment of our tour prior to when they said they would. I was also unable to cancel prior to 24 hours before without losing my 544.00 $. I was contacted by the tour operator to confirm the tour a few days prior. I then took the opportunity to ask a few questions about imperative details on the tour. No one responded to me despite my multiple efforts through email and viator. So I booked a tour with someone else thinking we would get our money back, because I didn’t even know where to meet due to us having our own car with unique circumstances. They called me two hours after the tour was supposed to start, I explained that I had been trying to get a hold of them and that I wanted my money back. They then hung up on me. I then asked for my money back from viator, and received 10%- 54.00 due to the tour guide lying to them about the circumstances. I have still not received my money back, and did not even get the chance to do the tour do to lack of communication from the tour guide. Not happy, I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Completely un- professional and bordering on a total scam.
