Impressive and beautiful excursion! - Very nice ATM Cave Tour. Our Guide (Richard) could tell a lot about the history of the Maya and the surroundings. He took his time and made sure we had a good time. It was a nice change between active, history and culture.

I got book recommendations!! - This activity was perfect ! We had a driver pick us up at our hotel and he stayed with us when we crossed the border to Guatemala. We also already had another driver ( Luis #1 ) waiting for us on the other side. We drove for a while and he picked our guide ( Luis #2 ) we did all the stops mentioned. And Luis #2 literally educated us on everything! He even recommended me at least four books to learn more about the Mayas and Guatemala and Belize’s history. I bought the Dresden Codex and he told me which book would help me understand it better. I am literally so grateful for our guide and drivers. And lunch was delicious !

Lots of history and wildlife! It was hot but very worth it. - Our guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable and took us to some ruins where there were no other people. We saw lots of wildlife and got to climb some really tall temples and pyramids. Bring cash for extra water because you will want to drink more than you can start out carrying, and there are stands to buy more in the reserve.

May the force be with you (among the Mayan ruins) - Ruins and beauty and heat (have I mentioned the heat?) Our group of 8 toured this site along with another couple, and climbed so many steps we lost count. This was our first excursion in Belize, and we quickly learned that you can never bring enough water to Tikal. Luckily our guide Dimas was prepared and had cold water at the ready. This trip involved crossing the border into Guatemala, and the process was seamless. Star Wars geeks will recognize the view from Temple 4 😉. Such a great, exhausting, educational day. (Did I mention the heat?). Lunch was so good, even the extremely bumpy roads didn’t stop us from finishing it all. (Bring water)

Beautiful - This is an amazing place! Climbing the stairs to view the land from the top is a workout but so worth it! We had a wonderful guide that told us so much about the history and culture of the Maya's. We had a great time!

Magnificent !! - Superb experience from Belize. Going through customs is very smooth. The site is very large, lots of things to see. Bring comfortable shoes. Access is only possible accompanied by a guide. In any case, visiting without a guide would mean missing out on a lot of information! I don't know if all the guides do it the same way but for the last part of the visit, our guide made us close our eyes, stand in a specific place then open our eyes, it was magical!

Our drivers were Dimas... - Our drivers were Dimas and Rudy— both were great!! Tour guide was Luis who must be the best tour guide for this attraction. We were lucky that it was just the two of us and him! He was so so knowledgeable about the ruins, the culture, the people, the architecture… He gave us so much history of the rise. In the fall of the Mayans, it was incredible! He also knew all of the short cuts so we could escape walking with crowds of people. He gave us plenty of time to explore some of the ruins on our own, and patiently waited for us to come back down.

Amazing Service and Knowledge! - Such an amazing company! Had cold water waiting for us in the cooler at the airport, was on time and waiting for us outside of customs. Stop at a store near where you stay incase you need anything. The Tikal tour was perfect! Guide was incredibly knowledgeable and they help get you across the border so seamlessly. The lunch after the tour was to die for, some of the best food we had on our trip, absolutely would recommend them to anyone and will be booking with them again when we come back!

Great Tour! Amazing sites and delicious lunch. - This was our second tour of three with Cayo Inland. We booked with them due to their stellar reviews not only on this site but in a travel book. I have to say, I have booked a lot tours and this company is really great. For this tour itself, I was concerned or nervous about the border handoff at Guatemala. The guides stay with you until the other side is there and you are never alone at the border. Truly easy and completely safe. Tikal is really great. It’s massive. The guide walked us around all the ruins through jungle paths and we not only saw amazing ruins but great flora and Fauna. The restaurant stop was amazing. Really cute place and was a great local spot. Would recommend this tour and claiming a couple of the ruins with the wooden stairs. It’s seems difficult but it’s worth it .

Great experience visiting Tikal - Great experience, no issues picking us up from our hostel, taking us across the Guatemala border, and taking us to Tikal. Guide was informative, talked a lot about the history of Tikal. Lunch was pretty good, had vegetarian options. Was back at the hostel by around 4ish
