The best zip line experience - This experience was beyond phenomenal! The guides were amazing and so personable, they remembered our names and truly made the experience. I almost enjoyed their service more than the views. With that said the views were spectacular and the zip lines were a blast. We were the only 2 that did the excursion so there were no wait time and we were able to just start each line as soon as we got there. I cannot recommend this place enough! I would not change anything about the experience.

Exhilarating, Fun, Good Workout Experience - Just completed the monster zip line tour at Wild Canyon and it was excellent. Really long and fast zip lines. I’ve done many zip lines in various parts of the world and this one had the longest and fastest lines. The company is very safe and José, our lead guide was excellent and always made us feel safe. These zip lines go through large canyons so the scenery is stunning and the photos they get of you are incredible. Also Wild Canyon is very close to the tourist corridor (20-25 min from most hotels) and because of that you can get a cab back or take an Uber there without the hassle of riding those long shuttle rides to outfitters located over an hour away. You can easily go and return from this tour in 2.5 hours total whereas other ones could easily eat up an entire day when transportation is factored in. One thing to mention is that you will be climbing steps and doing physical activity so don’t overestimate your physical ability as this activity does require it but there are plenty of hydration stations and the guides are always willing to stop and let you catch your breath.

Fun zipline adventure but don't expect much for the rest of the park. - I have done the zipline with Cabo Adventure last year so this time I wanted to try something different so I chose Wild Canyon. It is located pretty close to Cabo so getting there was easier if you have a car that doesn't mind driving on offroad (typical Cabo unpaved road). Cabo Adventure will take you to their location close to Mira Flores. The experience was very different from that of Cabo Adventure. It is hard to say which is good as they are so different. - There is a lot less walking involved compared to Cabo Adventure. - No lunch provided. - Staff are friendly but not overly engaging. Often times you just wait at the station until one of the staff shows up whereas with Cabo Adventure, there was a team of people with you all the time and more engaging. Cabo Adventure was definitely very concerned about the safety and would double check everything all the time. This is not to say Canyon was not safe. - Staff weren't begging for tips which I liked it a lot and ended up leaving a hefty in the tip box. Cabo Adventure would pester until you literally give them a tip. This seems to be a common practice for Cabo Adventure. Perhaps that's the only way they can make money. - Photo. Cabo Adventure tried hard to sell photos. Again Canyon doesn't push anything to you which I liked. - Many of ziplines are designed for two or three people so you don't get to ride solo other than a few of them. Both companies are great and if you have to judge solely based on the zipline excitement level, I would rank Cabo Adventure higher than Wild Canyon. Try both and see which one you like better.

Regular Opinion - Regulate the service. I was told it closed at 4 different times. From 3:30 to 6:00 pm. I paid 21,000 pesos for 4 and was asked for more money for upgrades and tips. Very very regular.

A Surprising Experience - The zips were excellent and so was the staff. The problem we had was that after each zip we had to climb stairs to get back to altitude for the next zip. I'm 80 and wasn't expecting such a workout. My wife couldn't finish. Except for the climbing it would be a 5-star experience. I would highly recommend it for the younger crowd.

Might have been fun - "Wild Canyon Adventures sent you a message: According to your request, your pickup will be at 8:30 am at Riu Palce main lobby Transportation is shared with more clients. Tolerance waiting time is 5 minutes." No pick up, waited from 8:00 to 9:30 When I emailed to ask what happened was told they had changed pick up time Offered to reschedule for another day, we didn't have another day available refused to give a refund

Dangerous experience and dismissive staff. - Horrible experience from start to finish. I went with 4 kids and as a group of 3 people on each ride we got stuck twice. Can you imagine getting stuck on an extremely elevated don’t two small kids asking them to turn around and pull on a rope all the way to the spot? It was insanely scary and difficult. To top it off the workers said “what’s the big deal?” “It’s not that bad!” “You’re fine!” Kept getting dismissed and they would not find any way to make the experience better. No waivers were given to sign, no refund was offered - nothing. It felt cruel and uncaring. I do not recommend kids on this ride.

Terrible - Be prepared for a looonnnnggg wait to go back to your hotel. Ziplining ended at 1:40 pm. Shuttle back to hotels didn’t leave until 3:30. Uber doesn’t come here. We were trapped with a sick, sobbing child who just wanted to go home.
