Amazing, immersive opportunity. Fun and informative. - Great way to experience the Choyero Culture. Food is the keep, the municipal Market is very much a working market. So be ready, Farm Fresh Foods just like Whole Foods without the sensitivities. Allen our guide was the best guide in the world. We sat and ate family style, that means we ate with others. The others were great. Allen probably would have let us eat much much more...the tacos were.more.then filling though. Great experience, bring small pesos. 20s, 50s 100s. We used to go to ATM but they give us $500 MXN bills. That's like buying a Thirst buster from 7-11 with a $100 bill.

Great food and great tour guide - Friendly and funny tour guide with great food selection. Our tour guide was very knowledge about the history and various cultures that influence the Cabo food scene too. He handpicked the spots himself, bringing us to spots that aren't tourist traps and genuinely have amazing food. I liked how our tour guide informed us about the owners of each place and the history of the food they cook. He had answers for any question we asked! I went back to some of the places he brought us to because it was helpful knowing where you can get a good deal for quality food without worrying about food poisoning. Walking pace was leisure and not exhausting, and food quantity was more than enough. We were full by the end of this food tour, so be sure to arrive hungry.

An Incredible Time - We had a very small (one other person) group tour with Gilberto in the historic town of San Jose Del Cabo, and it ended up being one of the highlights of a very fun trip to Baja California Sur. Our tour guide was so lovely, enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable. We were excited about the food and he was excited to show us. We went to 4-5 different stops, most of which we absolutely would never have discovered on our own, and some of which weren't even advertised taco spots. They all formed part of the best tacos we've ever tried. We are counting the days till we return to Cabo and get to book another tour. Highly recommended! Huge value for the price as well.

Walking food tour - This was our second time taking the walking food tour. Gilberto was our guide, he did a great job of providing us with local history as he also taught us about the flavors of Mexico. We visited 3-4 different local places plus a tequila tasting & a chocolate tasting. Had an amazing time & would highly recommend this experience.
