Love it! - We love our time in San Jose, we usually spend a couple weeks in November, however, 2025 we have rented a condo for a month. Friendly , easy to get around, wonderful restaurants, and the Art District is very special. If you want a quiet town in Mexico, near the beach this is for you. We usually go into Cabo for a night or two for dinner, but, San Jose is our choice.....

Disappointed - Unfortunately the tour seemed random and not well focused on history and culture. Perhaps there isn’t enough material in San Jose for a lengthy tour. Our guide was very nice but the tour itself was not great.

It is a "C" rating. - Guide was informative, but the length of time was a lot shorter than told. Pearl place was somewhat okay, but we didn't really enjoy that time.
