Sky Solutions - Roger - The waterfall gardens and animal sanctuary were outstanding and gorgeous, lunch on site was fantastic and authentic but what made the day the highlight of our vacation was Roger our tour guide, he was so knowledgeable and took such pride in sharing his beautiful country and culture with us. He was prompt, courteous, shared points of interest along the ride and all throughout the day. He’s an example of the best that Costa Rica has to offer and in no way solicited for this review which is why I’m inclined to share. Pura Vida

Indescribable!!! Insatiable!!!! - Omg!!! My experience was BREATH-TAKING! MAGNIFICIENT!! Words can't express how I feel! The tour guide was excellent and the sights seeing was unbelievable

Highly recommend!! - My mom and I took a full-day tour today with Roger and it was amazing!! He is super knowledgeable and interesting to chat with, we both learned so much about Costa Rica throughout the day and that really enriched our experience of the waterfall and the park, and even the drive there! The van was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommend any tour with Roger!! Thank you for a wonderful experience :)

Excellent Overall Service. - Excellent Overall Service. Roger, our driver was amazing, used him and his services for airport transfers, as well as a tour of La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park. Roger shared important details and information about Costa Rica, and the places we visited, as well as suggestions of places to visit. Further, he made our vacation in Costa Rica unforgettable.

Family ,Fun, laughter, nature in beautiful Costa Rica - We hired Sky solutions for two days. On Our first and second day, Roger picked us up and dropped us off in a very accommodating and clean van. we visited volcan Poás,Doka plantation and La Paz waterfall gardens. Our 2nd day included, La Fortuna,
Mistico Park and Baldi Hot Springs
Our guide Roger was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend sky solutions and Roger for your next adventures in Costa Rica. The whole experience was fabulous!

It was okay: mixed experience - The day tour of La Paz was a mixed bag for me: the experience of the waterfall gardens & refugee wildlife itself was good, but the organization & service of the (advertised) full day trip was unsatisfactory.
First of all, the itinerary said that we would start at 9 am, visit a coffee plantation, then La Paz. What actually happened: I was picked up at my hotel at 11:10, the driver didn't speak at all until we made a 30 minute stop at a store (way too long to use the restroom & for souvenirs). Without asking, he would not have told us that we would meet the actual group and tour guide here. This happened and finally after noon my "full day tour" really started. I noticed that the other people in the bus had already done the coffee plantation stop, so I realized, this stop will not happen for me. We went straight to La Paz - that's what I call false advertising.
La Paz itself, the waterfall gardens & the refugee animal "zoo" were quite nice - I liked the variety of animals, but didn't expect to see them caged up like in a zoo. And what wasn't ideal: the group was too big and spread out to get much information from the guide (unless you stayed close to him).
So: definitely overpriced and not the best company to book this experience. But yes, visit La Paz (on your own or with another company).

The worst experience, irresponsibility and disinterest - Bad experience since the tour operator canceled the trip almost at the last minute, now I don't know if the purchase money was returned, I would not recommend this tour operator, maybe the trip would be, but not with this irresponsible tour operator, they never delivered any other solution, if you are going to take this tour, do not do it with this tour operator
