Worry free - They were on time, friendly, and got me there within the expected timeframe. Would recommend and will book again. Communication was great via email and whatsapp.

The best way to transfer from San Jose to the beach. - Fantastic service. I will be recommending to anyone that I talk to. Driver was excellent! Bus was very clean and new.

HORRIBLE service that is expensive and late - The pictures are an absolute lie! We waited an hour on the street for pickup since they came late. The bus is not pink with no fridge or anything else. We're on our honeymoon and this was an absolutely terrible experience that we were not compensated for at all!

Cool ride on a hot day - Nice and comfortable ride. The shuttle was waiting for me outside my hostel, I got a message when they had arrived. The drive was filled with beautiful scenery and I was dropped off right at the doorstep of my destination

Safe and comfortable - The bus was comfortable and the rider was very kind. He didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate with the company via email and what’s app ahead of our pick up to confirm! Free wifi on the bus and air conditioning! Will ride again for sure!

Highest recommendation - The driver was spot on time! Got an e-mail notis in the morning. Was at destination before ETA without rushing.

My pink bus trip - The buses are great. the drivers are nice. They just drive a little crazy!! They driver very fast on very windy roads. They pass other vehicles on 2 lane roads. This did not make me feel safe! I was glad when the ride was over!
