- Museo de Arte Costarricense - The first destination is the magnificent Costa Rican Art Museum, situated in the northern part of the city, where San José’s old airport once stood.
The guide will lead the tour through the museum, providing detailed explanations of the artworks on display. The visit will conclude at the “Golden Hall,” a former waiting room for diplomats. Notable figures such as John F. Kennedy have been here. The hall itself is a massive artwork, with its walls beautifully hand-carved in 1995, depicting Costa Rica’s history from pre-Columbian times to the present.
- San Jose - The tour will explore the city of San José, beginning at the city center and strolling along its most significant boulevards. Along the way, visitors will encounter the National Theatre of Costa Rica, Central Market, Central Cathedral, Costa Rica Post Office Building, Congress of the Republic, the major metropolitan parks, and the historic area now known as “Amun Quarter.”
- Mirador Tiquicia - To conclude the tour, there will be a visit to the best viewpoint in San Jose to enjoy the sunset.
The tour ends with an all-inclusive dinner and a spectacular traditional show at no additional cost (available only on Thursday and Friday). Guests can also wander through the rose garden and capture stunning photos of the city.
