Best excursion on the island!! - What an amazing adventure!! Want to feel like your In a movie, like Indiana Jones? You must do this caves and water fall adventure. Such natural beauty and thrills offering all types of jumps for beginners and pros. We did level 3 and it was perfect. Jumped off cliffs of 30-35 ft and went through the caves to see bats, natural rocks and waterfalls. Our tour guide, Juan, was a true pro, very courteous and knowledgeable of the entire area. Extremely patient, as some of my group were afraid to jump the cliffs lol. But this was the highlight of our trip and then we got the chance to try some authentic and delicious food.

Great Value for the Price – Exceeded Expectations - I wasn't sure what to expect for the price, but this tour far exceeded my expectations! The entire experience felt well-organized and professional, from booking to the actual tour. Our guide was fantastic – super friendly and always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. The places we visited were beautiful and less crowded, making the experience feel exclusive. I would recommend this tour company to anyone looking for a top-notch adventure without breaking the bank!

Do the jump!! - We had the best!!! time together. I booked this for me, my partner and my 13y old brother. After the whole vaccination they still say it was the best thing we did. You will explore underwater caves, swim and climb a lot, so be prepared physically. It’s not easy but not hard either. You will also cliff jump at the end, so prepare yourself mentally ;)) Some notes: you will get completely wet, including your shoes, so bring dry clothes and shoes. If you can, buy water shoes. We were wearing sneakers or hiking shoes and where fine too :)

Book it, you won't regret it. - Wow! We travel everywhere and always look for adventure excursions, this one we all agreed was the best ever! Be prepared for excitement and also make sure that you're physically fit. I'm not saying you need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger 💪 but you need to have good mobility. Waterfalls and caves were absolutely amazing, the cliff jumping was so exhilarating. I'll be back!

Amazing Jungle Excursion! - Barilliam and Juan were amazing guides! They took me and my wife and several other people to see some amazing sights that you will rarely see in your life! We had the pleasure of swimming in lovely lagoons, swimming through dark but fun caves (with light to guide us of course), jump off high ledges into water (optional of course) and just relax in the sun and water! You're provided a life jacket, snacks and ice cold water as well. Make sure to wear a light T-shirt, some comfortable shorts and closed toe water shoes or sneakers with decent bottom grip and ankle support because you will be hiking up and down hills and rocks and across logs that may be slippery. We never doubted one time that our guides had our safety last. It was first and foremost. They also explained to use what we could touch and what not to touch, they were very informative! Loved these guys! The most friendly and easy to talk to guides you'll ever meet! I wish I could give them more stars! We'll be sure to go on another excursion with them the next time we're in San Juan! Don't hesitate on this adventure!

Rainforest Caves and Hidden Waterfall: Potential for Greatness, but Needs Improvement - Our guide, Juan, was the standout of this excursion. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna, as well as the cave formations, was impressive. His friendly demeanor and excellent communication, even when running late, made him a pleasure to spend the day with. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by a few significant issues. The excursion description was misleading about the location, leading to a much longer travel time than expected. The van's condition raised safety concerns, especially with children. Moreover, the advertised "hidden" waterfall was far from secluded, and the surrounding area was littered with trash. While the cave exploration and cliff jumping were undoubtedly thrilling, the overall value for the price paid is questionable. The promised adventure felt somewhat limited, with more emphasis on the cliff jumping than the caves, and waterfalls. Recommendations: Improve accuracy of location details, ensure vehicle safety, address cleanliness issues, expand cave exploration and waterfall components.
