Great Experience, Loved it - The jetski experience was great was able to see all the coastal of San Juan. The guide was great, we saw the marine & their ships. Also el Morro from the ocean pov.

Great experience, would recommend it - It was a great experience. This was my first time doing jetski and we were nervous. Alexis was my guide and he was very patient with me and my wife and helped us call down and we gradually learned how to ride it. He took his time to explain everything and showed us beautiful Castillo Del Moro and other places during the tour. He also took beautiful pictures. They charge 20$ for the pictures but he really took beautiful pictures and excellent videos. I highly recommend this place.

Loved it! 😁 - Had a blast. Alexis was a great guide, he really kept us moving. We stopped and he show us some nice sites. Highly recommend doing this.
Hit a couple of big waves had so much fun!

Thank You Alexis/ Tour Guide - Alexis compromised and gave us 2 jetskis, instead of 1 jetski.
On my reservation, I only paid for 1 jetski.
He was nice enough to accommodate us and made the tour shorter, which was perfect.
I would highly encourage riders to know what you are doing. The bay was beautiful and smooth, but getting on the ocean was rough.
Alexis took videos and photos, which was a bonus.

Great time on San Juan Bay - Had a blast with our tour guide Alexi. Got to see some of the sights from the water side and got some great pics. We would recommend!

Adrenaline Rush - Wow! Such a blast. We really had no idea what to expect going into the tour. We figured we’d troll along slow, but boy we were wrong. We maxed out the speed of the jet skis for most of the tour. The view was gorgeous and the riding was a blast. Highly recommend. Alexis was such a great tour guide and a great photographer📸

THE WORST JET SKI EXCURSION! - This was by far one of the worst jet ski excursions I’ve ever experienced.
First, the booking process was misleading. I reserved two jet skis for $195, believing that fee covered both. Upon arrival, we were informed it was only for one, and I had to pay an additional $195 to ride alone or I would be forced to pair although my receipt said the purchase covered 2.
The hosts were incredibly rude and unfriendly. The tour guide sped ahead, leaving the entire group behind, which posed a serious safety risk. He did not turn around to check and see if everyone was still together or need assistance.
You’d think they would allow tourists to take photos and videos to capture memories, but only the guide was allowed to do so which I thought was super weird because they know people are there to create memories. But, Of course, they wanted to sell those photos back to us for $20 each—just regular shots you could have taken yourself.
The guide didn’t stop to explain any cultural aspects during the tour, making this a huge waste of money.
