5 enthusiastic stars! - Carlos is such an amazing guide. There was a music festival scheduled for the next day, so trucks were everywhere setting up, and he went out of his way to make sure we still got views of the historical sites. He is energetic and patient and full of knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend!

Great walking tour with Guillermo - Our guide, Guillermo, was super knowledgeable about Old San Juan. He kept us comfortable during a hot afternoon and was really engaging. The tour was so interesting, I loved learning about the history.

Walking tour Jan 2025 - Carlos was a great tour guide, had lots of good information. Tour was about 2 hours and we walked at a comfortable pace. I would recommend bringing water as it was pretty warm.

Great tour and tour guide! - Carlos was a great guide! He was very well informed and the tour was a perfect introduction to the history of San Juan. I would recommend doing the early tour if you can because the city is less busy. He also gave us restaurant recommendations.

Thank you, Guillermo! - Guillermo was a wonderful guide. He told great stories to bring 500 years of history to life, and much to our appreciation pointed out his favorite restaurants along the way. The tour was very informative and this city is just gorgeous. Wear comfortable shoes.

A lovely tour of Old San Juan! - Informative and well structured tour. Our guide led us on mainly shaded streets and was safety conscious pointing out potholes etc. We had a bathroom break half way through the tour.

Great tour and tour guide. Carlos went above and beyond. I fully recommend! - Carlos was great. To start I got a text with directions and a picture of the meeting place, 3 different parking options and what our tour guide would be wearing. We learned so many interesting things about Puerto Rico. He even gave us food recommendations afterwards and walked us back to some restaurants. On top of that he sent a text with more restaurants and sights to see. The tour was more than we expected. The island is so amazing and in my opinion there was no better place to start.

This was overall a good... - This was overall a good tour - however as we gathered for our tour we were told by the tour operator that our tour guide couldn’t make it in “because of traffic”? So our tour of 15 (11 of us were family) folded into a later tour that became almost 40. That was too much for some of our group so they dropped out, and it did make it slightly more unwieldy but our guide persevered and did his best. We made one nominal “pit stop” about 1/3 of the way through which we thought would be about 5-10 min and turned into over 20 min - so that was annoying as I felt like we could have gotten some more touring/info out of that time. But all that said the company worked with us to give us a refund for the 3 that dropped out and was very apologetic.
