Start your culinary journey in the company of our friend and chef at a local farmers’ market, where you’ll pick out your ingredients of the day and talk to locals. Learn about our staple foods as well as agricultural practices on the island before moving on to your cooking lesson.
Together with your chef, you will prepare the ingredients as they explain the cultural significance of the dish you will be working on. Time to roll up your sleeves and make your own authentic Puerto Rican dish! Follow family recipes, get new cooking techniques, and while seasoning, don’t forget to add a pinch of amor!

Along with your local Chef, you will discover the unique flavors of Puerto Rican gastronomy while learning about our heritage and culture passed down through food. As part of this class, you will visit a local farmer’s market, choose Caribbean staples for ingredients, and learn to cook some traditional dishes. Ask your chef for their secret dessert recipe!
