- Plaza Antonia Quiñones - We’ll meet up at a beautiful outdoor location where I’ll be your personal bartender, serving a complimentary cocktail. Once you’ve built up a little “liquid courage,” I will teach you the basics of Latin dancing. We’ll start with the Merengue step, an easy Caribbean style that anyone can master. Then we take it up a notch and learn “Salsa de Calle,” which means street salsa, the style to which all the locals dance.

This tour is more than just a Latin dance class; it is a complete Caribbean cultural immersion! You will sip some tropical cocktails, learn the history of salsa in Puerto Rico, hear a live band, and dance with the locals! Join me and experience authentic, cultural nightlife in Puerto Rico that’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, and groups.
Now that you’ve got the moves, you’re ready to hit the dance floor! So we’ll go to a nearby nightlife hot spot where you’ll see a live salsa band and locals dancing! You can join in, or just watch and enjoy the show.

Plaza Antonia Quiñones is a park at the corner of Caribe St. and Magdalena Ave. We meet by the large bandshell stage. The class is outdoors and we are in the the Caribbean, so please bring water and dress for the heat! Street parking is available, but you will need to arrive early to find a spot.

Dancing Night! - Such a fun time learning how to salsa. The club was a blast and the food and drinks are amazing. Definitely enjoyed learning the history of salsa also.

Salsa in the park - I recommend this class to any beginner Angelina was a very good dancer teacher and very knowledgeable about the history of salsa and the instruments that make up Salsa music. My wife and I had a great time learning the steps and then we went to the local hot spot to implement our new moves. It was a great experience. I'm glad we did it. Only one issue. We learned and practiced our moves outside at the local park. It was very humid. So bring plenty of water. If you love being outside and learning new things about your island neighbors then this is the class for you. Thanks Angelina for making my 29th anniversary a very special one.

Let’s Dance - We were the only ones which means we got the 1 on 1 class with her. She was so sweet and nice. We learned how to salsa dance and then we went to the area with the bars and clubs. She told us we could go anywhere and we departed and enjoyed our night.
