Definitely try it! - Excellent! It was fun to bike on water around the lagoon. We even saw a gentle baby manatee. The man that took care of us was very nice! I highly recommend trying this!

A must do! - What a wonderful experience! Diego was so helpful and accommodating. We kayaked and then rode the water bikes! Super fun and relaxing! Highly recommend.

A lovely time - We absolutely loved this experience. It was just my boyfriend and I. It was quiet and beautiful on the lagoon while we rode all over but then magically a family of manatees joined us for at least half an hour. So special. A real highlight of our trip.

Wonderful experience on the lagoon! - The owner of the business was so kind and flexible with us. Good instruction and we were never rushed. The area is beautiful, feels safe on the water, and we even saw a little bit of wildlife! Wonderful experience. I wanted to get up and do it every morning for the rest of my trip!

Fun Activity - It was a fun experience for the ones that were able to go. However; I did not get to experience it because when we got there; there were only 3 water bikes available. I booked 5. We had to get refund for the other 2.

Scam - We booked this excursion through Viator and wasn't able to do the excursion, the water bike company called 30mins before the event was supposed to start and said the equipment was under maintenance but I never received a refund or a written notice

Where is my refund? - This was probably one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences. My friends and I booked this excursion for my birthday. 45mins before time to report to the designated point, we received a call from a guy informing us that the excursion was cancelled with no clear reason why. He kept saying he would give us a full refund. So this prompted me to reach out to the tour coordinator via the Viator site that we booked through. I messaged them twice and got no reply. So I called the number listed and This time a woman answered. I told her who I was, gave my booking confirmation number, and asked why our excursion was cancelled last minute with no prior notice to avoid us wasting our money paying for Ubers to get to the meeting point. She told me they would refund us our money for the excursion within 24hrs. Needless to say, we didn’t get to enjoy this excursion and now we are all concerned that we each just got scammed out of $60 each. ZERO out of TEN, definitely DO NOT recommend!

Money hungry not worried about safety - Horrible. First, they let me book this knowing I was the only one and that there was a storm coming not to mention I was left out on the water by myself and had to wait over 15min for him to come back to the deck and help me off the chillboats, I end up yelling for help to the gentlemen working at the hotel next door.
