Pick-up is scheduled for 8:45 AM at your hotel or chosen location within the San Juan metropolitan area. The journey to the Window Cave, our first destination, takes approximately one hour. This segment of the tour lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The adventure includes a brief hike through the forest leading to the cave complex, where you will explore two caves, including the renowned natural window offering a breathtaking view of the Arecibo River Valley and canyon. After visiting the Window Cave, you have the option to stop for lunch at a traditional local BBQ restaurant (not included in the price) or proceed to the second part of the tour, the Indian Cave on the coast of Arecibo. Here, we will hike along the rocky outcrops lining the beach towards the cave situated within these formations. Depending on your physical capability, you may descend into the cave through a narrow passage. Inside, you will be captivated by the numerous petroglyphs carved into the rock. After exploring the cave, we continue trekking on the rocks to admire the stunning natural rock arches along the coast. Finally, we return to the San Juan metropolitan area, back to your hotel or location. All tickets and entrance fees to the caves are included in the price.
