• San Juan - The journey begins by collecting customers from their designated pickup locations in San Juan. Once everyone is on board, the trip proceeds out of San Juan towards the Marina, where the boat is ready for departure.
• Fajardo - The next destination is Fajardo, home to our Marina, where all guests will board the vessel and embark on the planned tour.
• Cayo Icacos - Discover the enchanting cays along Puerto Rico’s east coast and take in the breathtaking views of natural wonders, starting with the El Yunque National Forest. Enjoy the serene beauty of the island’s east coast. The usual stop is Icacos Island, where the catamaran or power boat anchors, allowing guests to step into knee-deep, crystal-clear waters. Visitors can swim, snorkel from the shore, stroll along the white sandy beach, or simply relax and sunbathe at their own pace.

The tour then proceeds to a second stop, where the vessel anchors for approximately one hour over a vibrant coral reef. Here, guests can snorkel above the reef, observing stunning tropical fish and live coral formations, creating an unforgettable snorkeling experience in Puerto Rico. Depending on water conditions, the captain may choose to visit Tortugas Reef, Lobos Reef, Punta Aguila, or Palominitos Reef instead.

• Snorkeling tour availability and experience will depend on sea conditions.
• Transportation will be provided if at least 7 travelers on the requested tour time and date purchase the service.
• If the requirement for the transportation service is not reached, travelers will still be allowed to participate on the tour but must provide their own round-trip transportation. The service cost for the transportation would be refunded to the account respectively.
• Booking made under 24 hours of anticipation may not include the transportation service. We recommend calling our office to verify if the service is available.
• Pick-Up Policy: Pick up starts 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to the selected tour schedule depending on the amount of stops the driver must complete. Your timely pick-up is important to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be ready at the main entrance of your designated pick-up location at the relative pick-up time. Your driver will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next location. If you miss your pick-up, you will be responsible for making your own way to the tour site to join the experience. We recommend planning ahead and being ready a few minutes early to avoid missing the adventure!
• Travelers staying outside of San Juan must arrive at the Caribe Hilton for their transportation service!
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to participants that are 21 years of age or older.
