Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign displaying the name on your reservation.
We’ll always strive to meet you at your arrival time.
Since we cannot control flight arrivals (whether delayed or early), if this happens to your flight or the one before yours, you can expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes. The office will stay in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver’s status. You will receive your driver’s name and phone number one day before your reservation in case you need it.
This is a one-way service. For a round-trip, please book the same product twice and specify the pick-up and drop-off locations.
To provide you with the best service, please provide a valid phone number upon arrival so we can send the pickup confirmation and the driver can contact you for your meet & greet on the day of your arrival.
For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at the Baggage Claim area.
