Beyond our expectations - Our guide was Sarai and she was fantastic. We are an inquisitive group and she would cheerfully and completely answer every question. Her historical knowledge was exceedingly deep on all things Mexico. And she was a joy to be with for the day!

Visit Teotihuacan - Tremendous experience visiting Teotihuacan. I recommend going with a guide to correctly understand the history of what we are visiting; there are some ethical signs of information but very basic. At the door there are certified guides if they do not go with a previously hired one. We contacted one and he waited there, and explained in detail everything we saw. It's worth 100% experience. Always wear sunscreen, hat and water.

Carlos was a fantastic... - Carlos was a fantastic guide! His knowledge of the history and culture of Teotihuacan and the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe made the entire experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this tour!

Exceptional Tour and Guide - We had a fantastic private tour to the pyramids with our guide, Enedina (Ene). We were picked up promptly at our hotel and arrived at the site as it opened, avoiding the large crowds. The pyramids were very impressive and the tour was very informative.
We also did a 2nd private tour with our guide, Ene, the day before. We toured Xochimilco, and then visited the Khalo Museum and Rivera and Kahlo Estudio in Coyoacan. Ene made the tour exceptional ! She was so knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. She always allowed us ample time for photos and questions. We enjoyed walking the center of Coyoacan and having ice cream and churros at her favorite shops ! It was truly like visiting Mexico City with a friend.
We highly recommend Stepping Mexico Tours and guide Ene when you visit Mexico City!

Seamless and well-organized private tour to Teotihuacan & Basilica - Everything went smooth and generally was well organized. Really enjoyed the private tour for 2 of us, getting full attention of the guide and driver. Pick-up was convenient, directly from our hotel. Guide was telling really interesting facts about Teotihuacan and answered our questions. After Pyramids driver dropped us next to Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, where we walked on our own and enjoyed the area. Then driver brought us back to the hotel. Overall tour took around 6 hours.

Amazing visit to the Teotihuacan Pyramids - First of all, I have to thank both our driver Jaime Fernandez and our local guide Israel Alva for making our visit of the Pyramids so exceptional. They were both very friendly, attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the area. The pyramid visit was autstanding and Israel patiently answered all my questions. They then brought us to Pueblo Magico, a boutique where I found all the authentic handicrafts I was looking for. It was great! The owner was very generous. And then Jaime drove us safely back to the hotel among really busy traffic. Thank you to all for a memorable adventure!!!!!

Memorable experience! - Our tour guide, Patricia, was the best. We loved her personality and humor. This tour was exactly what we were hoping for. She gave us insight into Mexican Culture during our travels. We enjoyed her explanations of the history of Teotihuacan and appreciated how she made sure to separate the facts from the theories. We liked that Patricia modified our tour of Guadalupe based on our architectural interests. Very memorable experience!

Private tour to Tletololco, Teotihuacan pyramids and Basilica de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe - Our tour guide and driver Jaime was very knowledgeable , friendly and patient with us. He really took his time to show us around and gave us a lot of information regarding the different sites we visited today . We highly recommend this tour group ( Stepping Mexico ) and especially their tour guide Jaime. I would definitely use them again whenever we get the chance to come back to Mexico City.
