The flight experience was memorable, from the attention of the staff to the quality of restaurant service. The pilot was especially friendly and professional, which contributed to making the trip an experience that I will definitely recommend. However, I would like to express my disagreement with the photography service. Initially we decided not to purchase the package offered, but eventually we accepted the offer of a thousand pesos that included a 2 minute video with 32 seconds and 20 photographs. Unfortunately, the material received does not meet the expectations or quality standard that characterizes your company. The video has a very low resolution and looks pixelated, which detracts from the lived experience. In addition, of the 20 photographs, 7 are repeated and all are of insufficient quality. This is especially disappointing considering the cost of the package and the prestige your company represents. To put it in perspective, I got better results using my own cell phone camera. I am sure that this observation will help them to improve in this respect, as a quality photographic service should reflect the same excellence as the rest of their offer. I appreciate your attention and look forward to your response.

Fantastic flight near Teotihuacan - We did the inclusive package with flight, transportation, breakfast, and trip to the pyramids. We reached out the day before to get details for our pickup.
