Family experience - Our driver was on time to pick us up, which was great! We were welcomed with coffee and warming stations when we arrived (it was cold outside). The coffee and pastries were delicious- a nice treat before our adventure. They told us which balloon we’d be riding, and when the balloons were ready we were guided to the balloon. There was an enthusiastic photographer who made the wait for the balloon a little more fun as she took pictures of individuals and groups in front of the balloon, the basket, and other balloons in the distance. The flight was beautiful- breathtaking sights! Watching the sun come up in the distance while soaring high in the sky was incredible! The landing was impeccable, and the crew was amazing in how quickly they wrapped up the balloon and packed things up! Our whole family was able to enjoy the post-flight toast, and the kids (11-16) thought that was so special. We were invited to view the drone video and all of the photos when we returned to the main area, and then enjoyed a delicious breakfast! Even my picky 11-year old loved it! Overall, it was a great experience for all of us!

Memorable journey - Dear balloon group, First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the excellent service you provide. The flight experience was memorable, from the attention of the staff to the quality of restaurant service. The pilot was especially friendly and professional, which contributed to making the trip an experience that I will definitely recommend. However, I would like to express my disagreement with the photography service. Initially we decided not to purchase the package offered, but eventually we accepted the offer of a thousand pesos that included a 2 minute video with 32 seconds and 20 photographs. Unfortunately, the material received does not meet the expectations or quality standard that characterizes your company. The video has a very low resolution and looks pixelated, which detracts from the lived experience. In addition, of the 20 photographs, 7 are repeated and all are of insufficient quality. This is especially disappointing considering the cost of the package and the prestige your company represents. To put it in perspective, I got better results using my own cell phone camera. I am sure that this observation will help them to improve in this respect, as a quality photographic service should reflect the same excellence as the rest of their offer. I appreciate your attention and look forward to your response.
