Once in the life time flight - This experience was a once in a life time. Friend from our group just gratuated as archaeologist so this hot balloon flight was just on point. And it's also non-invase way to see Theothicuan. This trip was one of the high lighs of our vacay. And all the staff members were so nice, professional and everything on the site where the flight starts was well organized. Some could have different opinion about the music "blasting" but we were right away hyped in the right mood when we arrived!

Short flight - When the ballon was right above the pyramids. Unfortunately there are many tasks apart from the ballon itself and the steal away flight time.

Great flight and crew. Darn you wind. - The balloon ride was so well done! The staff were amazing and helpful for the entire time, welcoming, taking pictures, piloting, and more! I give them 5 stars for the overall hospitality and professionalism. The one thing (completely out of their control) was that we did not fly over the Teotihuacán site :(. I know this is 100% dependent on wind direction but it might be nice to offer discounts on days the flight path does not go that way. I understand the difficulty in dealing with such an uncontrollable factor but I truly feel there is a value difference between going over the ruins or the surrounding neighborhoods.

Teotihuacan by Hot Air Balloon - The hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan is a MUST DO whenever you happen to visit Mexico City… Nothing for lazybones - as we had to depart from the center of Mexico City at 4.30 am to head for the balloon starting point… and got compensated with a stunning experience… Before the start, we got a VERY MUCH MISSED cup of coffee and hop ! here we went in the air, admiring with the sunrise the whole huge archaeological compound from above: The Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, Quetzalcoatl Palace, the Avenue of the Dead… What is also VERY interesting (not mentioned by the guides): you can observe some caves forming part of the underground water aqueducts of Teotihuacan… After ca. 1 hour flight, we landed somewhere in the middle of nowhere, were brought back to the base where a welcomed buffet was waiting…

Fantastic experience! - They supported me at all times, Captain Raúl Ramos explained everything to us in detail and the view was incredible, all the staff were very friendly, highly recommended.

Marvelous - Wonderful experience, They take care of the details from start to finish, you have to arrive very early and they offered us a Coffee break, then the balloon experience with a very professional pilot and a whole team attentive to following up the balloon for our landing. Initially we did not contract additional photo or video services but we ended up purchasing the package especially for the drone video. The whole family enjoyed it very much
