Great food and history - Great evening!
Victor is such a wonderful host.
He is very knowledgeable about the history of San Miguel, and also the history of certain foods in this region.
The restaurants were all fabulous.
The only comment I have is about the last restaurant where they served us dessert.
It would have been nice had they thawed the dessert a little.
It contained ice cream and it was hard as a rock.
Very tasty though.
Other than that, everything was very enjoyable.

Food Tour with Pascal - Wonderful tour with each location offering a delicious and interesting dish. Pascal is a terrific host and offered up great recommendations for us for the rest of the week at well. Highly recommend this tour.

Espectacular culinary experience with Victor - Amazing and delicious experience Victor shared with us the passion and knowledge of culinary Mexican food. And made us feel special royalty guests celebrating my husband birthday on every stop. Love it.
I highly recommend to take this tour on the begin of your trip so you can go back to the amazing restaurants you will visit.

Best of the best - Had an amazing evening with Victor. His culinary knowledge is second to none. We had some amazing food and had a little history lesson behind the food. He made my birthday worthwhile. I wish I had more time to do another with him. It was an evening to remember with Victor.

Do yourself a Favor! - We are so happy we took this tour early on our visit to SMA. Our guide, Elisa Torres, is a native to the city and very knowledgeable about the history, architecture and areas of the city telling fun anecdotes and suggested lots of things to do. She also talked about the regions where the food we were tasting came from, the flavors and spices used and manner of cooking. All the tastings were delicious and the locations were beautiful and different from one another in style from elegant to casual. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing night on the town. - Vail was a fun, helpful and knowledgeable tour guide. All of the food we ate was 10/10 and seeing the city was a can’t miss. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

Forever Changed - My brother and I had an absolutely wonderful evening yesterday.
My expectation of this tour is that we would have a nice time and experience some good cuisine. But, thats not what happened at all. Instead, we met this amazing chef/restauranteur/historian named Victor. Victor is an incredibly brilliant, kind and humble man who loves the beauty and delicacy of food and sharing it with people. Victor even went out of his way to accommodate a family who wanted to participate in the tour but missed the deadline to purchase the package. This spoke volumes to the kind of person he is. I learned so much. The food and the history behind it was magical coupled with the culinary tips he provided. I felt as if I were tracing my family tree through all of the rich history I was learning. Thank you, Victor! Because of you and this wonderful experience I am forever changed for the better.
