Very Educational - Very educational tour. We met our guide at the designated spot (Starbucks), had quick introductions with the group (9 of us), and we quickly on our way. The guide gave us a great deal of information about the history of San Miguel and about the culture/religion of Mexico.
We walked a LOT. About 7,000 steps in two hours. San Miguel is hilly with cobblestone streets and many steps. I was fine, but my traveling companion had a bit of a struggle keeping up. It was a great tour, but you need to be a healthy, active adult. In my opinion, kids would not enjoy this.
The guide talked quickly and had a great deal of information to share, and I felt very informed!

San Miguel de Allende Walking Tour - We had the very good luck of having a personal guided tour through San Miguel de Allende, Mexico with Emma Salazar. She was pleasant, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She knew the city like the back of her hand, encouraged questions and had all the answers like no other guide we have ever had. We highly recommend her and the Follow Me Tours Company. Looking forward to coming back.

Very enjoyable. We learned quite a lot without it feeling like a 'weighty history lesson' - The guide was from the area and therefore knowledgeable. He explained the aim of the tour so everyone had an idea of the content. It included some history, art, architecture, politics - he linked the topics well.
The walk was a reasonable pace and would suit most people. It lasted 2 and half hours. He ensured there places to sit at stopping points. He was young, fun, genuinely interested in people and clearly loved the place.

A lovely evening in SMA. - Emma was an excellent tour guide and historian. We learned so much about the history of SMA and Mexico and are so glad we booked this tour for the evening of our arrival. It made navigating the city easier the subsequent days. We booked the 6 PM tour. Bring a light jacket as it does cool down in the evening. Thank you Emma!!

5-Star Tour - Excellent tour! My tour guide, Emma, was knowledgeable, fun, energetic, and went above and beyond.
I was unable to finish the tour due to health issues and she took the time and effort to send me articles about what I had missed. Additionally, she sent recommendations on food, restaurants, events... No other tour guide in any country has gone to so much effort.

Wonderful tour! - We had a terrific time on our tour of San Miguel! So informative and entertaining. Highly recommended. Anyone coming to SMA should spend time with Follow Me. Wish we were here longer to do a few of their other tours. Don’t miss out!

Not Much of a ‘Walking’ Tour - The tour was informative about the history but there wasn’t a lot of ‘walking’ as we stood around most of the time. While it was informative, it was disappointing that we weren’t able to see all of things mentioned in the description of the tour. We felt we missed seeing a lot of things in SMA because of this tour.
