Your guide will be waiting for you at the 1826 Tequila Bar, which is located inside the Rosewood Hotel.

Relaxing and awe inspiring experience. - The inconvenience (unavoidable) of having to get up and out very early in the morning was more than offset by the professionalism of the operation and the impressiveness of the visages. From the coffee, juice and pastries waiting for us at our extremely comfortable check-in point, to the flawless execution of all logistics, to the friendliness of the staff (even at 5:00 am), everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The most peaceful experience - This was our second time enjoying a balloon ride (1st one in Mexico) and we have to say that we had THE BEST time.
We were greet by Natalia at Rosewood Hotel who was very informative and we could tell she love what she does based on her kindness and knowledge
Our pilot Ivan, was kind, professional, knowledgeable and made us feel extremely safe. He played a great music gallery and made the most spectacular landing (we didn’t even feel it).
Overall I can’t recommend them enough. This is a must do every time you visit San Miguel de Allende. We would definitely do it again!

Thank you - This was a wonderful experience. It was great to actually see the agriculture around San Miguel. The tour guide was wonderful and very responsive to all questions. It was fun to watch the balloon set up and taken down. We will so it again with guests. Thanks

Experience San Miguel From the Sky - An experience of a lifetime. You start the day in a cold, dark space, watching a huge balloon roll out and fill. Before you know it, you are gently wafting in the breeze seeing the most magnificent sunrise over a beautiful town. It's a must-do.

Up, Up and Away in a beautiful GLOBO balloon!! - Globo balloon tours of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, was very professional at every turn. We truly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone! (The landing was smooth, which was a concern for me, since I had gone on a balloon ride several decades ago in the USA and had a terrible landing.) 5 star rating for Globo!!

A bucket list dream - What a lovely experience. Everyone was so friendly and the ride itself was beautiful!!
It was the first experience for myself, my son and my daughter in law in a Hot Air balloon and it was awesome!

What an amazing experience - What an amazing operation they have. They met us with coffee and pastries on time and were very thorough in explaining to us how the excursion was going to work. They drove us to the site and we were able to watch as they set up the balloons. The ride was amazing and smooth even for my wife and 7 year old who were a little nervous about going up. We caught the sunrise and it was gorgeous. The balloon operator was also professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Sunrise hot air balloon ride - First time in a hot air balloon. There were several people on our air balloon ride and felt very cramped. My husband and I were separated and each had to ride with different couples as the balloon capacity was maxed out. The actual ride was scenic and beautiful, what to expect was thoroughly explained and it was worth seeing the sunrise from the balloon. I would not do this activity again, but I do recommend the activity is worth the cost. They try hard to sell photo packages but we were quite happy with the photos we took ourselves. They also played nice music during the ride.
