Do this tour on your first day! - We loved our tour with Elisa! She incorporated so much history into the tour and the snacks were so tasty. Her perspective as a San Miguel de Allende local was so special. She showed us several places we returned to later to shop and gave us recommendations for the rest of our stay.

Best introduction to San Miguel de Allende - Elisa was the best! I loved the mix of food, art, history, and local culture on this tour. It was the best thing to do on our first day! We got to try so many foods and see a lot of cool places. And it gave us lots of ideas of where to go with the rest of our time - plus great recommendations from Elisa! I was so happy we did this. An excellent local experience with Elisa - Elisa was amazing! Highly recommend! She helped us understand the history of San Miguel from a local perspective and also put san miguel in the context of the wider history of the country. Wonderful authentic art and food tour! - Elisa gave a wonderful history of the town, insight to the foods, and retelling of how San Miguel became an artist community. She knows many people in tow, has lived there her whole life, and is proud and authentic about her home. It was a fantastic tour with lots of choices for food! She also helped us identify good makers from whom to purchase our souvenirs. Excellent experience!

Don’t miss this tour - Great tour with Omar. He’s a fascinating story teller. You will learn a lot through his stories. Not to mention the restaurants were great, too. Highly recommend this tour for a leisurely way to spend an afternoon in lovely San Miguel Allende.

Had a wonderful tour - I had a wonderful tour with Elisa. I was the only guest and I asked her to modify the tour a bit. I wanted to spend more time in the Market and not go to the Fabrica, as I had already been. She was very accommodating and we had some delicious snacks in the Market. A very fun way to see the Market, learn some history and enjoy seeing some murals in the area. Gracias, Elisa.

Perfect mix of history, art, and food - We had an amazing time on the walking tour called “Arts and Snacks.” There were no others in our group, so we had a private tour! We tasted the best ever tamales and atole at the Mercado, and I bought a new hat to commemorate our trip 😊. We walked through the picturesque Guadalupe neighborhood and ended the tour at Fabrica de Aurora. Our guide, Victor, was excellent. This tour was, for us, the perfect mix of history, art, and food.
