- Tres Raíces - Guests will be transported from San Miguel de Allende to visit one of the finest local vineyards, located about 25 minutes away. The tour will include a visit to the stunning winery, both inside and out, showcasing its unique character, impressive architecture, and breathtaking views. Visitors will stroll through the fields, inhaling the essence of the vines and grapes (during the green seasons of spring and summer). Following this, the tour will proceed to the largest wine cellar in the region, where the wine is aged, offering insights into the wine culture and production process in Mexico. The excitement continues as guests are seated in the exquisite “Terruño Restaurant” to enjoy a 5 or 3-course lunch menu crafted by a Mexican chef. Each dish will be presented with an explanation of its preparation, and paired with a delicious, internationally award-winning wine produced locally, carefully selected to provide the ultimate gastronomic experience. After the meal, there will be additional time to explore the rest of the winery, including the store, chapel, hotel, and more. Welcome!
