Awesome - Really had a great time. The Cinote was very interesting and refreshing. Loved the whole ride. Would definitely do it again on the next trip.

So fun!! - Goku was our guide and he was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we all had fun! We started the day snorkeling in the beautiful water and saw all kinds of fish. After that we went on the ATV ride and it was a blast. It had rained the night before so we got really muddy and wet and loved it. 3 of our crew jumped into the cenote. Too many bats for me, lol! We ended by eating a Mexican lunch. Highly recommend!

Excellent Snorkel, ATV, Cenote, Tequila and lunch excursion with Tortugas!! - Tortugas Cozumel showed us an amazing time. We loved the snorkeling, seeing lots of colorful fish and stingrays. The Gordo boat and their crew got great pictures of us all underwater. The ATV riding was the boys favorite, of course. They let us have a blast. The cenote was a nice spot and two of our guys took several jumps from the top into the pool below. We ended up enjoying the tequila tasting more than we thought we would. Martin was an excellent overall guide for us. When we left ships towels behind he made sure to have another guide bring them back to us during lunch. We were surprised to basically have our own private tour for our group of 9. Back at the Tortuga Beach Club we enjoyed playing in the water on the floating trampoline and obstacles and they even offered kayaks for us to paddle around in. Our fajita lunch was just enough for us all and the adults enjoyed the open bar time. We even had time for a few of us to do some shopping before getting back on the ship. Great excursion!

Luis - Everything about this tour was perfect, as well as all of our tour guides and waiter, going out of their way to make it a great experience. The snorkeling could not have been any better, with tons of fish and marine life. They had someone taking our pictures while snorkeling, the young girl was very nice and loved by the fish, which were beautiful. The ATV tour with Luis was amazing taking us to off road trails then to a Cenote, which was pretty cool to see. He then took us on a cultural tour, telling us all about the history of the area. After we were done with the tour, we were able to shop. We then headed back on the ATV’s to do an informative taste testing on the islands tequila, it was so good that we purchased a bottle. We headed back to where we started and had fajitas and open bar for an hour, which really ended our day well! :)

A dusty (no mud), wet and agave filled activity - Thought the experience was great for adult family of four. Started out with snorkeling by boat south of Tortugas. Afterward we went for ATV ride to El Cenote followed by Tequila tasting. Returned to Tortugas by Jeep and had our lunch and one hourdrinks followed with more snorkeling around Tortugas. They told us to bring drivers license, but they never asked for them.

Fun Excursions but very poorly operated - Things I liked: - the length of the ATV tour (not too long, not too short) - the tequila tasting: fun and knowledgeable presentation and I feel that the amount of tastings we got to do was generous - size of the restaurant and beach club Things I did not like: - poor communication: lots of confusion on where to go when we got off the ship. We were told by the staff at the tortugas booth to wait in a specific area and that someone was coming to pick us up. We were there for over half an hour and nobody came only for the booth staff to tell us just to take a cab instead. Then when we did arrive at the beach club we had to wait another 20 min for our guide to get there. - Long wait times: kinda ties with the lack of communication but we had to wait over 30min for a ride to the beach club, 20 minutes for our guide and then almost an hour for our snorkel boat - food/drink quality: our package came with lunch and an hour of open bar. The drinks were weak and left much to be desired. The food was just basic fajitas with rice and beans, my chicken was poorly cooked and overall the lunch left much to be desired.

Great activities / poor organization. - This is a review of the ATV/Snorkel Package at Tortugas. TL:DR The experiences were great, but the staff and communication were highly unorganized. To begin, we paid an online deposit months in advance, but they would not let us pay the remainder of the bill before arriving in Cozumel. They said that we must bring 78 dollars in cash to pay in person. The other couple in our group who What are you doing? booked a separate reservation, they never got their email confirmation and it took weeks of messaging them to get it straightened out. Upon arriving at the port of Cozumel, we saw a Tortuga’s kiosk and they told us that a shuttle will be coming for us in 30 minutes. So we waited for 30 minutes in the heat and nobody ever came. So we went back to the kiosk and they told us that we needed to take a taxi now, which was stressful because our tour was going to start very soon. When we got to the official Tortuga’s location, we waited around for another 30 minutes for our tour guide to show up, We’re not sure whose fault this was. Our guide was Diego. He was great for the ATV and tequila tasting segments. If photographer took about 50 photos of us on the ATVs, but it was discovered after we bought the photos that 80% of them were blurry. We were taken back to Tortugas for lunch, which was nothing special. Then we waited for our boat to pick us up for snorkeling but no one ever came. So we had to go find staff to talk to. No one knew what was going on or who is in charge. We wait some more, but nothing happened. So we went and talked to as many staff as we could to try and get answers and about an hour after we finish lunch we were finally snorkeling. The guides who took us were nice and we saw a handful of interesting fish. If you decided to book with them I’d recommend only doing one activity and not a package deal like we did.

Overpriced - Personally, when we got to the destination we found that a lot of the snorkel/cenote/atv tours were a fraction of the price we paid. Our tour guide also wasn't knowledgeable when we got to the cenote. We didn't swim in the cenote as it looked muggy and gross.

Disappointed - We booked a tour for 4 wheelers, snorkeling and cenotes. 4 wheeling was basically done on a frontage road trail. Not much adventure. Snorkeling was cancelled due to wind. Instead we were taken to a lighthouse. Was nice but really no comparison. Lunch was very lite, kids were all still starving. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. However for the price would not recommend and did not think we got our moneys worth at all. Disappointed
