Would do it again for sure. - Awesome ATV ride for 5 of us. Not really the trails for a person that's never operated an ATV like one in our group. Very enjoyable to those of us that have. Beautiful beaches, great lunch, and guides that care about your enjoyment. That alone was outstanding.

Great excursion - just expect lots of surprises. - The ATV excursion really was a fun adventure along a nice natural beach setting, and really felt like you were experiencing the natural side of the island, outside of the main tourist spots. The ATV driving was easy, and a very good length of time, and the equipment was all in good shape, and seemed to be well maintained. The lunch and opportunity to snorkel and kayak at the beach was definitely a big bonus too. In the end, the entire trip was highly worthwhile and definitely recommended. The only criticism of the experience was limited/lacking communication about what was happening, and what to expect next, which was a bit concerning for us, since we were on a cruise and concerned about making it back for all-aboard. Although it turned out to be a more fun experience because of the surprises, we were a little hesitant at the start, since we anticipated being picked up by van and driven, but instead ended up needing to drive ourselves in a jeep, and traded off between tour guides. In hindsight, everything worked out well, but the uncertainty was a little distracting. Overall, highly recommend the excursion - just expect to have limited communication :)

Great Experience!! - If you like adveture this is the tour you need to take. Great views. You are really close to the sea and the trails full of sand. Our guide very helpful. The weather was extremly hot, but Oliver our guide was always giving us small gatorades. After the atv portion the lunch and the relax time at the beach club was a nice way to end a great day at Cozumel.

Awesome excursion for ATV lovers! - Very beautiful day with our guide! Even before the tour begin, we had to contact the compagny to change our meeting point due to a cruise port last minute update. We called them and they accomodated us right away, was very easy to contact them. On the day of the excursion, our guide was very nice. The ATV ride was nice, with beautiful view. Do wear/bring a bandana and good sunglasses cause there is a lot of sands/little rock. We ended our excursion with a nice rest at playa Uvas were we enjoyed the pool, food and beach! Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience - I’ll start by saying they helped accommodate us even though we were late to our meeting point since we went to a different port than I thought we would. Beautiful scenes around the island. Recommend bringing a go pro or something to catch some videos since you are primarily riding the ATV’s. Our guide Sergio was amazing, he made it very easy to understand what we should and should not do. Even knowledgeable about the island. Beach club afterwards was nice, the water is amazing and the staff even provided fish food to bring more fish nearby if you wanted to see them whilst snorkeling. Would recommend bringing a mask or some goggles or something to protect your eyes from dust since it is along a beach.

Fun port adventure away from the crowds - This was a fun adventure for our family of 11 on a recent port stop in Cozumel. Very easy meetup right outside the Puerto Maya cruise terminal. We were transported to the beach area first where we had about 90 minutes of time to enjoy the water, pool, and have lunch. Then off to the ATV adventure on the south eastern side of the island. Probably about 75-90 minutes on the ATVs traversing through jungle area on the coast. Fun ride with beautiful views of the ocean. We bypassed the included tequila tasting in favor of returning to the ship. If you book this on a cruise, I would recommend the first tour of the day only. For us it was probably about 4.5 hours from time of pickup to drop off. We didn't want to be pier runners!!! Highly recommended.

I think I’ll stick with cruise affiliated excursions - The “private “ beach was nothing but litter and gross , it shouldn’t be part of this excursion . At first I was very suspicious that I got booked a shady excursion it turned out to be fine but they really need to find a better process

Horrible communication and service - This tour was nothing as advertised. My family and I had a tour booked at 10:30 am and they never showed up to pick us up. We finally got ahold of them and they said that our tour was actually at 12:30 (we confirmed with them over the phone the day before that they would pick us up at 10:30 and our trip confirmation also said 10:30). They rushed to get us, took us to a building out of the way, just to pay $5 a person to enter a national park I'm sure we never entered. Why wasn't this included in the original fee? We drove around with our guide (Victor) to kill time until 12:30 and when we finally got on our ATVs, we rushed through the tour. Our guide specifically said that he did our tour in 1 hour, when it should have taken an hour and 40 minutes. We didn't stop to see sights, we didn't learn anyting about Mayan culture, and we never saw any ruins. Riding ATVs was fun, but our guide rushed us through everything and when people in our party were feeling poorly because of the heat, he also pushed to get them going again and they ended up leaving the experience early. The food at the beach club was fine and the staff there was nice, but we didn't end up doing anything else there (even though they said we did a snorkel tour) TLDR: Don't do this tour unless you want to risk wasting a whole day being jerked around and gaslit.
