Cozumel Jeep tour - Claudio was our guide and was amazing! Took a Jeep tour, snorkeled and climbed up a lighthouse and played at a beach. Highly recommend this tour on Cozumel!

Love day for any age. - The park was lovely and had several enjoyable activities. I was disappointed that we couldn't snorkeling because of the tides. Later in the day they were restored from a red flag danger to a yellow flag caution.

Wonderful! - We had such a great experience doing this! The snorkel shop was so helpful, and we had the entire day to explore the beautiful reefs. Lunch and drinks in the Blue Lagoon were an amazing surprise— and we loved all the carefully maintained trails and the sea lion show. Ignore people who complain about the price; this is a park that cares for wildlife; the fee is worth it!

So so - Snorkeling was great. Had to pay$10 for marine even though it was supposed to be optional. When we asked about where it was noone had heard of it.

Misleading, overpriced - We were sold this trip on the pretence that our 6 month old would be ok on this trip and had the trip gone as planned….. this still wouldn’t have been the case. We were booked to go snorkelling, however, after travelling 2 hours to get there with them, that’s when they decided to tell us snorkelling was off due to the weather…didn’t think to tell us that before and give us the option of refund. Instead, we were told we would drive around the island, stop for lunch, tequila tasting sessions, then some free time on the beach with possible snorkelling later. The buggy’s were cars with the doors off and my 6 month old was expected to sit in there on my knee, it wasn’t until I showed serious safety concerns, that a car seat was provided. We toured round some derelict areas which offered nothing pleasing to the eye, stopping off at a boring covey beach for 10 minutes and then a cliff, to which a few of us didn’t even bother getting out the car to, again, 6 month old baby in tow why would I want to see the edge of a cliff? We then reached channkanaab and by this time, was hungry, however rather than take us to lunch (it was past lunch time) we were taken to a sea lion show (much to my disapproval as I hate this kind of stuff). We mooched round a garden area and then went to tequila tasting. Sure, we got to sample 5 tequilas, but again, kids in tow, what could they do other than watch? We went for lunch. Rubbish. Really had no flavour, not much variety and a waiter overly encouraged us to leave tips, this by the way cost us £250 for this so clearly, no tipping that day. We finished lunch and as our tour guide didn’t seem to be pointing us in any direction, we took ourself off for a breif 5 minute walk, before we were instructed back to the buggies, and to kill half an hour in the town centre, before heading back on our 2 hour journey home. No adequate facilities for our baby’s milk, we had to find cafes to help us, nothing for our other kids to do, and absolutely zero refreshments offered during the day, which actually put one of our kids, who suffers from epilepsy, under a lot of stress that day which caused a few mild seizures. Now had we of gone snorkelling as planned, I’m sure we would have been happier, but to have no suitable alternative till we were already there and could not exactly head back on our own private ferry, this was an abysmal trip for us all. We have since been trying to get back in touch with the operator who did say minimum, we would get half our money back, but this is nowhere to be seen yet and we have had zero response from anyone and I am now seeking a full refund via any means necessary.

Try other options - Booked a tour last Monday to visit 2 beaches with lunch and snorkeling called dos playas $ 147 per person 4 of us so was told we had to be in lobby at 650 am showed up ready at 650 am like they requested apparently they overbooked the transportation van worried that I’ll miss the ferry I hired a taxi to take me to the port ( thank you cucumbre for abandoning a family) the driver did help us locate cucumbre they did pay the taxi driver they actually thought they did a honest thing how about not leaving customers behind will be a better or paying the entrance fee to enter Cozumel would of been a good gesture the trip starts you waiting at souvenir shop for an hr then in line for another hr to board ferry at Cozumel it’s like the three stooges are in charge of excursion they can’t get it together you go by Jeep that only exist on brochure you actually drive whatever is available punta sur is beautiful but by the time you get there you only have an hr if that then you drive to chankanab where they really get motivated to sell you anything don’t need a wooden carved giraffe then back to the port where everybody makes the last efforts to sell you that carved giraffe honestly both locations where great to visit but it’s not good when your left behind and I traveled to plenty snorkeling locations chankanab isn’t the best do your research Red Sea and Thailand blows it away Rodrigo

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Bad experience on Combined Tours - Picked up at the hotel at 06:50. Start of longest day ever! After picking up other people (normal) we arrived at the drop-off point. Went inside to register (show our payment of $120 USD per person) and to pay a $25 USD Tax per person, Cash, on registering for Ferry (Ferry cost 220 Pesos [$11 USD] in original charge). Then taken to wait in line for ferry - in a line out in the sun. Finally into building to wait again for security to scan our bags... then into another line. Finally onto pier into line in sun to get to ferry. In all it took 5 hours to arrive at beach 1... Chankanaab Park. Short tour from entry to beach, changed, paid for locker, then a whole 50 minutes in the water to snorkel in a group! Some info from the guide (Claudio, great guy, but needs to give more info). Lunch was meh. Basic Mexican fare, nothing special. Not worth the price. Second part of tour was the Jeep Experience... Drove to second beach. Not the type of car promised (no Wranglers in the group, several "dune buggies"). Got a Jeep Renegade. Multiple alarms in dash (brake, ABS, anti-skid, etc. etc.). Bad suspension (clanking over every bump, no matter how small!). Long drive to get to a lighthouse, allowed 20 minutes to stretch legs, "shop" in artisan shops, get pictures. No crocodile show, nothing similar. Back in car, drive to beach... but no snorkeling! No reefs! Only sand (beautiful, but not what was promised!) And only 30 minutes to enjoy it. Water was $3 USD per small bottle. After we got back to cars, tour guide gave everybody a bottle of water from his cooler in his trunk! Drove back to Cozumel. Organized by tour guides (multiple) to wait in line. No time to shop (correction... told to be in line "in 15 minutes" then waited and waited). Thought we were going directly on to the ferry but NO... were taken to get into another line. The one for the ferry for ALL passengers. 19:00 scheduled ferry departed 18:45. 35 min transit. Arrived at 19:30. No agent waiting. No bus. Went back to original drop off point from the morning. Met other passengers in same position. Female agent finally showed up. Sent several others away on buses. Including 4 that we picked up in AM. Had the gall to tell us we were all on the wrong ferry! But we were put there by their own guides! Finally onto the bus to return to our hotel at 21:00, left 21:11. Arrived at hotel 22:25. Fifteen and a half hours after leaving!!! I will never book with this group again. Stay away from them. This is not the experience I wanted on my trip to Mexico.
