Perfect Spot in Cozumel! - This is the perfect spot in Cozumel for those who love calm and hate big crowds. We did have to pay $30 USD for the taxi there and back, but it was well worth it. With our ticket, we got unlimited snorkeling, a welcome drink, tequila tasting, a sea lion show, and a front row to the water! Would definitely come back.

A delightful adventure - Chakanaab is a lovely park with a beach, food venues, a sea lion show, shops, and other features. It's WELL worth paying extra for the dolphin adventure, which is stunning. We interacted with our dolphin repeatedly, and it was a blast. Hotels offer a $100 package, but make SURE the receipt you get includes a taxi ride all the way to your hotel. The food offered is fine and filling, but nothing to write home about. The nice sit-down restaurant is only for people who buy the deluxe package.

Fantastic experience. - Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Made us super comfortable and assisted us on what to do and explained the amenities. We loved the underwater statues and clear waters. Beyond expectations especially since I booked this last minute. Only a $15 cab ride- most places do card but bring lots of cash. We would 100% do this again if we’re back in Cozumel

Cozumel Cruise Excursion - We had an amazing time snorkeling at Chankanaab with our guide, Ricardo. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Ricardo showed us so many cool things, like colorful fish and even underwater statues! The water was clear, and the coral reef was beautiful. If you go to Chankanaab, ask for Ricardo—he made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Loved snorkeling with the fish. - The guys were really helpful. The water was phenomenal and the snorkeling was cool. The beach chair equipment was old . Paco was very informative and funny . They charged us an extra 30.00 for marine preservation . We walked to the taxi station through the shopping area and took a cab to chancanaub park. I had previously booked the beach and snorkel excursion thru Viator. It all went well.

It was okay - We waited a long time in the front of Chankanaab Beach under a very large thatch type structure. The security officer told us to wait for our guide from Ray’s. The guide rushed us but we told him we wanted to take advantage of what was offered to us and he did wait while we explored the different areas. We had to fight and advocate for everything that was included. After we requested a guide to take us out snorkeling they did but again, we had to ask for it. The snorkeling was nothing special. If asked again, I would do everything on my own, not take this tour, it wasn’t worth the money.

Waste of Money - I was extremely disappointed with this beach park! I had a great snorkeling instructor who was very patient with me as a first time snorkler. Unfortunately, all snorkling gear was a failure, including the one I brought myself. None would seal causing salt water to fill my nose and mouth. He refused to give up on me, even though I wanted to give up! The brief time the water did not rush in, I was able to see some beautiful tropical fish. He is the only reason this park got as many stars as it did! The park itself is just a beach if you dont purchase the swim with dolphins, which was not made clear. You dont have access to the pools, which is disappointing! As a cruise excursion, it was also disappointing that the had only 2 scheduled sea lion shows! I missed the first time because I was not there and the second time getting dressed from snorkling. I think it should be made clear that the park is segregated because I would have been happy to pay for the rest of the park.
