We had a blast - Open communication, from the time I booked to our meet up time. Alejandra had great communication, through the app and phone calls. There was a change in part of our booking and Alejandra was forthcoming about it and offered a refund or continue with the booking. We continued with the booking and were so glad we did.
Claudio our guide was so patient and informative. My youngest is a new swimmer and Claudio was so helpful and encouraging during our snorkeling activity. He was helpful with tips and suggestions everywhere we went. We had an amazing time.
