An amazing place - Our waiters Eric and Carlos were great!! Food was delicious and there was so much to do. We rode the jet skis which were awesome!!

Fun, clean beach and friendly staff! - The beach was clean and the employees were nice! We did the jet skis for an extra charge and I fell off far out in the water, but the guys running the jet skis were out there in no time helping me. I was really struggling to lift my weight onto the jet ski but the guy was so kind and helped pull me up and even checked on me back on shore. I'm so grateful for his help!

Caribbean beach, transparent sea - Caribbean beach with crystal clear sea. We got there by boat, a true paradise. The inflatables in the water are original. Saw some people riding horses. Wonderful place

Disappointing!!!! - We done a tour in Cozumel in 2023 and at the end of the tour we were brought to this beach club, we had a great time, it was very relaxed ! So when we were doing this port again on our cruise this year, we decided to book this beach club for the day! Upon arrival we were very disappointed to find that we were brought to a different part for the pre booked people! The chairs were different and the lounges were different even the food was different! We called for the manager and explained everything to him… he informed us that the part we were brought to last year was for “walk in’s” … he was very nice and understanding, in fact he was very professional… he allowed us to sit in the “good” part to eat 🙄 Moral of the story , be very careful when booking this, it’s not all what it seems !

It was just ok - The staff are very friendly. The facilities are average. The water was rough the day we went so there was no clear water. The "open bar" package is limited and you are only going to have the option if about 6 or so drinks which are weak at best. So, if you want to have a drink or too I would forego the open bar price to save some money. The food was very good however.

It was... fine - To begin with, we ended up here because I let our taxi driver take us after he showed us a picture of a seaweed-strewn beach at our intended destination (I later googled to confirm, and he wasn't lying to us). It's obvious that this place is a kickback-factory, which left me somewhat uneasy, but not so much that I didn't fork over $130 cash to get the "all inclusive" pass -- which included a meal, and unlimited soda, draft beer, and mixed drinks that were surprisingly not watered down. I did like how it was smaller with a laid-back atmosphere. It was sandwiched between Carlos n Charlie's and Paradise Beach, appearing to be the sort of little brother of the more popular neighbors. The loungers and umbrellas provided a place to sit and shade, so there's that. They were crammed in pretty tight, and we were lucky we got there early enough to snag front-row seats. San Francisco had some inflatables for the kids (and maybe adults who had been drinking...). Basically something fun to keep people occupied if they wanted to do something in the water besides swim around. Snorkel equipment rental was included in the package, but with the sandy beach there wasn't much to see. There also were a couple sit-down bars, a pool, and a couple shops, none of which we utilized or patronized. The pool looked clean and a family with young children was enjoying it as we left. The shops had the usual tourist tchotchkes. When we finished after about 4 hours of hanging out on the beach, I thought we would get billed for some drinks or food that we ordered that somehow weren't part of our package, but that wasn't the case -- all inclusive was all inclusive, and if you were going to order beyond the package menu, the waiter would let you know. I tallied up what would have been our total had we not purchased the package, and we broke even or even saved a few bucks. The prices seemed fair for a place that catered to tourists. Was the experience great? Not really. Was the experience absolutely horrible? Definitely not. Would I return? Probably not. Besides the aforementioned kickback issue, nothing about the place really impressed me. There are plenty of other clubs on the island to check out.
