Amazing Catamaran - Haven't had a bad tour yet, while on the island, and this one is no exception. These guys were wonderful and impressive. The catamaran was roomy and clean. Took precautions to ensure everyone's safety. Snorkeling was great. We were taken to a spot where there was lots to see, but nothing protected. This meant were able to "free dive," without worrying about accidental damage. Lunch was incredible. However the best part of the tour was how well they had taken care of an older gentleman with some type of muscular/nerve disorder. They took really great care of him and they were fun to boot. For that, they deserve even extra stars.

Absolutely amazing!!! - It was just AMAZING! I had been wanting to visit Cozumel for so long, and it was absolutely breathtaking. We spend a great time, and this guys totally gave their 100%. The snorkel was beautiful, the day was just perfect, but what truly made the difference we’re the tour guides and the crew, they were so attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Can’t wait to come back to this paradise, maybe next time (fingers crossed) to stay at The Westin Hotel.

Best excursion in Cozumel!! - This was one of the best excursion we went on while on our cruise! I cannot say enough about everything. The guides were so friendly and funny. They made the experience that much more fun! The boat was clean and big! I was surprised it fit all of us! They were very helpful with the snorkeling gear and making sure we saw the fish and enjoyed snorkeling. They had a GREAT playlist for fun and music on board and were very generous with the drinks! The snack was great and the lunch at the resort was amazing! Best one so far! So do this excursion! Also, they take pictures for you, so you don't have to worry about trying to take pictures and snorkel at the same time!! That was great for me and our family! We were even able to purchase them at the end, so that was a plus!!

AWESOME!!! - The cruise was awesome!! I didnt give it 5-stars due to the food & drinks not being the greatest, but the entertainment was perfect!! The staff is so helpful and fun, and they go above & beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and to make sure every person onboard is having a great time!!! Dance contest and the Conga line was fun! Sunset and water were amazing! One of the snorkeling stops is in fairly shallow water. Im not a swimmer, so I was shocked for the opportunity to safely get off the boat into the ocean. I did still use a life vest though. I highly recommend this cruise, just eat first and BYO small personal cooler. They only have beer, not so great margaritas, water, and soda. Book it!

Not bad - We booked this through tripadvisor which gives you very little information on where to go. The ferry dock is enormous, but what you don’t now is you have to look for a guy in a bright pink shirt. We were the only ones not aware of this so it must be a trip advisor problem. When I called them on the phone they were great to communicate with. We really wanted to sail, not just motor around. That was the whole point of doing this on a relatively small catamaran. We booked it specifically so the weather was ideal. But no sails went up, perhaps the weather was not as ideal as I thought? Food and drinks were good. The boat is pretty darn old. Crew was fun.

Horrible - We were supposed to be picked up at 9:50 to make a 10:00 ferry (like that was ever going to happen.) The van did not show up until 10:15. That led to us missing the ferry all together. We sat the ferry dock for an hour waiting for the 12:00 ferry which we were told we would be in the water by then. Missing the ferry then led us to be extremely rushed the entire trip. We were not told that we would have to boat out another 45 minutes to the reefs in addition to the hour ferry ride. Once we got to the reefs, the guide rushed us all of the boat giving us rushed instructions on how to put on the equipment. Once in the water, we had to swim fast the entire time. A child was crying because he was so exhausted. We were all out of breath and exhausted because we had to swim the entire time while the instructor yelled at us to hustle Not to mention, the reef itself was dead and we saw few fish the entire time. It was not colorful, bright, or lively. Then after a rushed trip, the boat drove us out to a sandbar where we hung out for 1.5 hours just swimming and sitting on the boat. We were not told about this prior and it was the most boring 1.5 hours. Our “lunch” was served at 5:00pm. We were all starving and young children were crying because they were so exhausted and hungry. The box lunch was so soggy by the time we got it; the chips weren’t edible. One couple didn’t even get dinner. They boat was short meals and the driver had to give away his meal so they could share it Once we got off the ferry at the end of the day, we were told we would be picked up at 7:45 which the ferry docked at 7:00. So we already had to wait for 45 minutes. On top of that, the driver was 30 MINUTES late. We did not return to our hotel until 8:45 causing us to miss our dinner. We fought the company for a refund and they denied everything we said. They didn’t believe us and refused to give us the money back. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will be fighting this through our credit card company

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER- DO NOT BOOK! - I’m not usually someone who writes reviews and I always look at overly negative ones as exaggerated but please please please if you’re reading this and haven’t booked yet - DO NOT BOOK with this company. One of their ‘tour guides’ called DJ or Fernando is extremely touchy-feely. I understand that hands can slip sometimes and brush areas that you wouldn’t want touched but after this happened 3 times when he was adjusting the harness that goes between my thighs, I had to tell him to stop because I was extremely uncomfortable. Not the first time I’ve been harnessed or been snorkelling so I know this is not what’s supposed to happen. He even offered me an ‘underwater massage’ and a kiss - that’s when I knew there was nothing innocent about his behaviour. TOTALLY SPOILED MY HOLIDAY AND RUINED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, if you’re a woman and don’t want to be sexually harassed, please book somewhere else, there’s loads of options that offer the same thing and save yourself the disgust.

Boat Left without us - We had a group of 10 people, the boat fits 15 so we had more than half the reservations for the trip. Our ship changed port destinations and caused us to miss the boarding time. Excursion company was unprofessional and impossible to locate because their rep was a guy standing in the street, known by other excursion companies as “the man in the pink shirt”. We missed the departure time by 15 minutes, most of which was spent looking for the guy when we made it to the correct port. Unprofessional company and still waiting to hear about my refund request
