We are located in front of the Palmar Condominiums next door to the Oxxo convenience store. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to check-in and receive instructions.

The highlight of our vacation - Gris (pronounced Greece) has excellent English and led the tour. Chis (pronounced crease) brought up the rear and helped people who had mechanical trouble or with learning to operate the e-bikes. The Beach Bum store is next to a Oxxo store and within walking distance of the cruise terminal.
We started out slow so everyone could get used to the e-bike operation. I had no trouble and the seats were very comfortable compared with standard bicycle seats. I really enjoyed Gris's explanation of Cozumel at every stop. We visited a church and a black coral jewelry shop and met the artisan. Like elsewhere in Cozumel, goods were offered with no high-pressure sales pitches. Sales staff were attentive but not pushy.
We visited two Mayan-themed parks and saw a breath-taking fire dance with Mayans dressed in traditional regalia. At the second park, we saw a statue of a fertility god. Gris told us about her own Mayan heritage and gave personal examples of her family's connection to this god.
We arrived at a taco restaurant and Gris helped with translating the menu. The waitress forgot my daughter's order and Gris intervened and made sure we got it right away. The food was tasty and for the first time, I tried and loved a horchata drink.
Cozumel and the E-bike tour was the best excursion of our cruise and the highlight of our vacation.

Book this tour! Best tacos and best guides! - The BEST tour!! If you are looking for something that gets you away from the tourist area this is your answer. Both Gris and Chris were amazing tour guides and they even gave me guidance on where to get a good deal on items I wanted to buy. They made sure that we were not left behind if we got a little lost or we’re a little slow and even took us to a local shop where they sold black coral, which is local to Cozumel. Perfect experience

Excellent experience.... - Excellent experience. Great way to see the island and get some exercise at the same time! Knowledgeable and very attentive guides. Delicious tacos. Good for all levels of riding experience.

Great way to see Cozumel! - We had a great time on this tour. We were in Cozumel on a cruise stop and booked this directly with Viator and not through the cruise line. Our guide, Gris, was really knowledgable about the island. We saw some spectacular sites, had wonderful delicious authentic tacos and had a great time on the bikes. The bikes were really nice and in great shape. Our guide gave a great overview and orientation of the trip. I would highly recommend.

Awesome experience! - It was great! Our tour guides went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, they included some very exciting stops on the way. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Fun time - Chis and Gris looked after us well. They were friendly helpful and attentive and the e-bikes worked well We Thoroughly enjoyed the e-bikes, the tacos and the tour.

Decent experience - We Enjoyed the ride and the guide, but the Bikes need to be upgraded. I think they could have included more sights as well to make it worth the cost. We did stop at a local black coral maker. That was fabulous! Also the restaurant, we visited was nice and Food was good.

Beautiful bike tour - We booked the e-bike tour at short notice. our guide, Chris, was very dedicated and made a detour to the beach at our request.

Although we tried to... - Although we tried to cancel in time (there was no answer at the business, and two of our party members became sick), I was still charged for four tickets when only two came. The guide was great, but we had a bad experience with the business, which was unwilling to refund the two tickets. I would still like a refund,
