Sea turtles, reefs and rays - Early start from our hotel but the journey was worth it as Cozumel was a great experience, we saw numerous fish, two turtles and a number of rays visiting the three sites. Some free time in Cozumel was also a lovely unexpected surprise.

Great day, excellent snorkeling and terrific staff! - The Cozumel Reef Snorkeling Tour was excellent. Getting it scheduled was a bit challenging because the first date was full and the second date/time overlapped with our COVID tests, but after that it went very well! They picked us up at the resort on time and took us to the ferry terminal. From there they gave us a ticket for the ferry and we waited for the next boat to leave for Cozumel. Once we landed at the Cozumel ferry terminal we went directly to the boat for the trip. It was a very nice boat, that was well kept, clean and organized! The staff was excellent and the snorkeling was very good. We also saw the starfish and anchored to eat our provided lunches, which were very good! And, we were delighted to see a stingray in the shallow water where we were anchored. The staff was patient and helpful and we had a great day!! They got us back to the ferry terminal in time to return to Playa del Carmen by 7 PM, as several of us had Christmas dinners at our resorts. Well done, and money well spent!

One of the best! - The snorkeling tour was the highlight of our trip. We have taken several snorkel tours over the years and this one was one of the best. The wildlife was great but the crew made it awesome. The crew: Hugo, Eric, Julice, and Jesus were a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. The photography was beautiful. Julice captured so many great moments. The lunch was good too! We had an unforgettable and wonderful day.

brilliant short day out - A lovely trip! We saw a lot and had a great experience. Sadly n o turtles, but the manta ray and star fish were amazing. The only thing to note is that it is only three hours long and therefore quite expensive - hence the 4star and not 5.

Cozumel Snorkeling Trip - The crew was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The winds were to strong to do much snorkeling so we made the best of it. We missed snorkeling the main reef that was disappointing but we can’t control the weather. I would recommend this trip again!!

Not recommended - I do not recommend this tour they were supposed to pick me up at 9 AM at my hotel but they changed it to a street pick up at 10:30 AM at the last minute. The boat they had was a speed boat with no cover, which means you are under the brutal sun while sunscreen is prohibited. Lunch was served on the boat not in a restaurant, and they gave us cold bento box, one bento per two people. it had chips and guacamole, salad and pasta, very low quality. We only ate it because we were hungry. On top of that, they gave us very short snorkel time 5 - 10 min per site. The tour detail shows it offers 4 reefs/sites to snorkel, but they only took us to three sites.

Tourist rip-off - We were looking forward to a great snorkelling tour. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of snorkelling options. Instead of the advertised 4 extensive snorkelling stops, there was really only one stop at the outskirts of the reef with not a lot to see, where we were floating for about 20 minutes. (Considering that it is the second greatest reef world wide, this was very disappointing). Additionally, it had two other stops, one short one, where we saw some star fish, and the last one, which was basically just swimming and having lunch in the clear waters of El Cielo - nice, but not a snorkelling trip at all. Additionally, after our hotel pick up, we had to wait 2 hours at the ferry terminal of Playa del Carmen to finally embark to Cozumel (no idea why because the ferry runs every 30 minutes). Originally we had booked an earlier tour but because of over-booking we were offered an alternative later that day - with the assurance that it covers the same program. On our return, I found out that Caribbean tours offers a variety of snorkelling/boat/Swimming trips for different price ranges (the cheapest around 50 US dollars). Since I paid 150 US dollars for this tour, I kindly asked if there was a mistake because the program differed so greatly from the advertised one, and asked for a partial refund. Unfortunately, I have never received an answer.
