Arriving at the Cozumel ferry terminal from playa del carmen please exit and walk to the right side 50 meters away you will see the statue of two eagles and one with a flag pole , there Paulina will be there to welcome you with the cozumel snorkel center t-shirt.

Private 5-Hour Tour of Cozumel - We did a private 5-hour tour of Leverage, Turtles, Sky and Sky. A wonderful day, we are a family of 5 and we were all delighted. Jorge the captain and Erik the guide gave us a great time, we saw turtles, barracudas, rays and a super snack in the sea.

Great 3 reefs snorkelling tour - We booked this trip online. Unlike many other tour groups they were very specific that they could pick us from our hotel’s dock. Unfortunately the first day we wanted to do the tour had to be cancelled due to bad weather. Bad weather will always happen, how the company deals with it that counts. They messaged us on WhatsApp and by email to offer several portions and we chose the one which worked best for us. Ok the day of the pickup, they text again to tell us the name of the boat and the approx time they will be at the dock. Then they messaged again when they had a more accurate time of the arrival which was very reassuring.
The tour itself was exactly as described. It started with a good safety briefing and we had plenty of time and enjoyed great snorkelling.
We were offered beverages regularly and enjoyed ceviche and guacamole on the sand bar as promised.
On the trip back we were offered to buy the underwater pictures which were taken during the tour. We chose not to buy them and there was no hard sell.
I would definitely recommend this trip for beginner to intermediate snorkelers.
We will book with this company again in the future!

Fun day out - Had a great day out with Alex and crew. Great value for money. Saw lots of turtles and rays. Good ceviche and salsa and cervezas

Great snorkle trip !!! - It was a great experience snorkeling in a small group with our guide Alex. He tried very hard to show us the diverse fish and also a turtle. It was amazing! We can definitely recommend the tour.

Unforgettable - We had an amazing experience with Captain Enrique and Enrique our guide. They were both friendly, helpful, Enrique was very knowledgeable about the waters and we felt safe with our 3 teens. If you have never seen the colour of the water in Cozumel, it is a brilliant, clear turquoise. We swam with sea turtles, saw star fish and went to El Cielo and swam with manta rays... they come up to you and sidle along to nudge you or be petted. It was incredible! Our only complaint about this trip is that you have to take your own taxi to the pick up site, then they put you in a taxi that brings you back where you came from ( near the port). It seems like a waste of time. While they provide the taxi back, they will not let you out at the port even though you are passing it! We had to negotiate with the driver and pay him 10.00 to let us out.

The spectacular reefs, we saw fish of all colors, turtles, sharks. Then we go down to a beach and they invite you with beer and mezcalitas.

Unforgettable snorkeling trip! - This snorkeling trip exceeded our expectations! Miguel and Chema were a great team on the Dos Hermanos boat. Miguel took great care of the 8 of us in the water so even the weak swimmers enjoyed themselves. He took pictures of us near a green sea turtle at the turtle sanctuary and huge starfish at El Cielo. El Cielito sand bar was the clearest water we’ve ever seen. It was fun to stand in there having delicious snacks made by Chema and drinks while chatting with our fellow snorkelers, and with huge stingrays peacefully gliding among us. Thank you, Miguel and Chema! #cozumelsnorkelcenter
Tip: reservation email doesn’t mention the meeting time is 30 minutes before the tour time so go early. We were all late because no one knew.

Good with suggestions - 1st Spending time with family that we all get to enjoy is always good. With that said, I’ve snorkeled many times with many companies so here are some helpful suggestions that this experience would have been much more enjoyable.
1) The snorkel mouth pieces were cheap and hard to seal with our mouths causing constant water leakage.
2) We were given no flippers and it makes it extremely difficult to stay with current and dive for photos or just general snorkeling.
Overall we enjoyed it for a family of 7.
Loosing one of the boat engines wasn’t pleasant but the crew made it work with one engine and had a backup boat for those on a deadline to get back to shore.

It said there would be 12 people max and there were 16 plus the crew. It was too packed and so we left. Lost money! - The boat was overcrowded and we decided to leave. If it's says online 12 people max but there were 16 plus the crew I think that was unfair. There was no room to move around. I lost my money on this and an experience I was looking forward to with my family
