Good tour but not for non-swimmers - First of all, the price shown is not full, you need to pay an extra of 700 MXN per person before boarding. We disembarked the cruise ship, took a taxi to the meeting point, $10, easy trip, no hassle. It took quite some time to locate the counter, although the lady was responsive texting and calling me. Then the lady paid a taxi to take us to another port, which was heading back to the cruise and a little bit farther in the opposite direction. Meeting at the port maybe more convenient, as the office is super easy to spot here. We paid extra charge and got onboard the small ship. The ship went to another location to pick up other guests, and seems they were charged differently, two of them paid 500 MXN at the end of the tour. The ocean was absolutely stunning, but it was very windy. We stopped three spots to see fish, turtles and sea stars. Pretty deep water and strong waves, you need to be a good swimmer to snorkeling. My 6-year old daughter was totally scared in the water. There was only one float available for more than 10 people. 10-15 minutes stay per spot. Only my husband can enjoy the snorkeling, it's not family friendly, especially for family with little kids. The final stop was shallow water, my girls could stand in and enjoy some chips, that was the highlight of the day, but it took too long, I thought the snorkeling part should be longer. Our guide was nice, but he spoke Spanish most of the time. When we were back to the office, they gave us 150 MXN to take a taxi back to the cruise. No problem overall, but all felt fishy in some ways.
