Not for newbies - Despite losing a fin as it fell off the boat at first location. I had a wonderful time. Captain and safety guide were awesome. I snorkel and freedive often and will advise this..if you need your hand held or lots of directions this boat is not for you. It is absolutely stunning but they do not coddle you on this boat but they are super nice!!! The device was delicious. ***thank you fornfinding me a few sharks to play with!!

Fantastic experience - The trip was excellent. Pickup time was correct, the van and the boat were nice. Especially our guide Nuria was just fantastic with a lot of experience of the Marine life. Only problem was that I happened to get a leaking mask, other masks seemed to be OK.

Awesome with or without kids :) - This was our 2nd time on this excursion. The boat was larger this time so the trip out to the site took much longer but the locations are just as gorgeous as I remembered. My 17 and 12 year old absolutely loved this experience. The 4 locations are all different and equally beautiful :)

Exceeded Expectations!!!! - Awesome!!!! Can't say enough great things! Guides were great. We saw so many fish, nurse shark, turtle, sting rays, star fish. The excursion exceeded expectations in every way. And the photos they share with you at the end...what an unexpected treat. They were awesome!

Ready to go again - We were a group of six and we all had a great time. Ramon and Pablo did a great job helping us understand what was going on. In the water we stayed together as a group. The snack in the water was a great treat. We had plenty of time at each location. It is definitely worth the price.

Beautiful tour with great guide - Beautiful tour with great guide, however organisation not super professional so make sure you got what you paid for upon arrival, they put us on the wrong tour on a large boat with 24 people with no shade (vs limit of max 15), however kindly changed us to our original boat after departure

Not recommended - This trip could have been good, but unfortunately it wasn't. To begin with, it was stated that the Guide would be in English. At the start it turned out that the trip was guided in Spanish and only at my request was all explanations more or less translated into English, but then the short version. It was also promised that the trip would take 4 hours. We were at the meeting point as requested at noon. There we waited for another half hour and were pushed into a taxi. Apparently we still had to drive 20 minutes to a port. As a result, it was already 13:30 before the boat foundation started. All in all, there was less than an hour of snorkeling. After snorking we had a drink in El Cielito for 45 minutes in the water. After we sailed back to the port, it turned out that no transport back to the ferry terminal was arranged. We suddenly had to arrange the taxi ourselves and pay for it ourselves! The snorkeling itself was beautiful and the Guide guided the snorkeling itself well, but otherwise I would never do a trip with this organization again. An hour of snorkeling for a 4 hour trip is simply not value for money.

Crappy Tour Guide. NOT for SOLO travelers. Disorganized. - Although the snorkeling was fun, and the El Cielo Playa was beautiful, I would NOT recommend doing it with this agency, especially NOT FOR SOLO travelers. Their name is May-Be Tours. Here were my issues. 1. Tour guide pretty much ignored me the whole time and only spoke to the family group I got stuck with. 2. Tour guide was offering Go-Pro photos and charging for them under the table. (Asking for cash only) 3. Tour guide did not offer me the option of Go-Pro photos or to take any photos of me at all despite me being alone. 4. Tour guide offered everyone else beer EXCEPT me. 5. Tour guide served the ceviche and fruit to the family group and didn’t bother to let me know he had served it, so I was unaware until it had already been ravaged through. 6. It felt like the tour guide was pandering to the family group in hopes of a tip from them, therefore he ignored me completely. 7. The mask and snorkel were not in good condition and the mask was not clean. 8. They did NOT offer flippers, even though the tour guide had his own. (No flippers in open water snorkeling is way more challenging) 9. They failed to notify us that we would not be returning to the same part of the marina that we originally left from which is where their storefront was at. Office staff allowed me to store an item in their office with the understanding that I’d return after the excusing to pick up, however once the excursion was over, we were not even close to the original location. When I mentioned that I needed to return to the office, it became problematic since it was inaccessible by foot. I found it very weird that we were not taken back to the original spot. As a result, begrudgingly, they had to last minute arrange one of their employees to drive me back to the office in their PERSONAL car since there was no other way for me to get back to the office. 10. At the end, the tour guide sarcastically said to me “thanks for the tip” and it was clear he was upset I didn’t give him one. This made me very uncomfortable. Why would I choose to tip him when he literally ignored me the entire time? The tour guide made the experience terrible for me. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had using Viator and the worst tour guide I’ve had, largely due to the tour guide. I believe his name was Gustavo. Very disappointed.
