Great time for fam of 6 - We had a great time!! Claudio was a fabulous guide and took us to a beautiful spot for lunch! We would book again. Kids love Claudio! Clear boat excursion was great as well!

Amazing experience in Cozumel - We had an amazing experience in this trip! Our tour guide give us an exceptional service through the whole excursion his name is Claudio, next time you are in Cozumel ask for him, he took us to amazing places. The clear boat was the highlight of the excursion!

Cozumel Day with Claudio - Our guide Claudio made the whole day awesome for us! We honestly did not know what to expect but we felt safe and well cared for with him! It started when he “found” us at the start of the day…yelling out my name so we could find him! Then he made sure that we were well hydrated, had some snacks and he took us to a shopping spot and of course we bought something beautiful that we didn’t need but I am glad we did! Then it was off to the boat and snorkeling excursion with Luis and Thomas-what an awesome experience and they made sure we were all safe from the start to the end! After that, we made new family members with Lee and Sally who taught us about the Jalisco tequila and local agave /honey ….we sampled and were sold!
After our tequila sampling we headed out to see some of Claudio’s favorite island spots and get some lunch…beautiful views indeed!!! Not only did Claudio show us the most beautiful parts of his island, he also taught us a great deal about the culture, the island specialties, and we met amazing people along the way!!! I think that he deserves an upgrade on his buggy though! He was prepared with a radio (as the buggy’s was out of service)! He is a great guide and did a wonderful job! It was my husband’s birthday and he told everyone we met so they could celebrate with him!! He was also helpful when he saw a stranded tourist who needed help —-he called for help so they could get taken care of!! Going above and beyond!!! I would recommend Claudio as a 10/10!!! Thank you for a wonderful day!!!! Cheers to you!!! Maybe we will see you on 9/6!

Crystal clear water for days! - Claudio was an amazing tour guide! The glass bottom boat tour was the highlight, the water was so crystal clear!
The dune buggy’s are older and falling apart, but the tour was still a lot of fun and filled with adventure!

Oscar did a great job! He... - Oscar did a great job! He showed us around and made sure we stayed on schedule.
We were disappointed that we could not go on the clear boats because of the water conditions, but he made sure we still had a good time.

Multiple great activities for great price! - Great excursion in Cozumel! Our guide Felipe was amazing - we met by the port and he had two cars for us and he guided one in front of us to shopping, the Aztec experience and tequila tasting, lunch by the beach, and to the boat center. He waiting until we were done with the clear boat and then dropped us back off by the port. This was a great bang for your buck and variety of fun excursions in Cozumel!

In the rain - We kind of got rained out so the trip was different than it should have been. Hans was our tour guide and he was excellent in trying to make the experience a good one. If you can skip the beach club, I would but do not miss out on the glass boat!! That was phenomenal. The beach club had nothing included in the price except for entry. Two drinks cost us $71 CAD and they have people walking around constantly bothering you to buy anything from sunglasses to prescription drugs. Not cool. The Mayan Experience was also excellent with tastings of honey, chocolate and Tequila you can’t go wrong! The choices of tequila were unexpected and I even bought a bottle of cinnamon tequila! They did a Mayan dance and then made us pork tacos. Very tasty!! We stopped at a few beaches on the ocean side of the island for pictures and shopping. We had to rebook the glass boat tour for Friday because the port had shutdown on our rainy day. It was very nice that they helped us rebook that portion of the day working around our schedule. As I said, Hans was excellent and Alejandra was very helpful with the rebooking.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - One of the buggies were in a very bad shape. They had to change to full size jeep. The food was very bad. They make you drive too far to go to a hut which doesnt offer any proper menu. The food was stale and dry.
Otoch Mayan is a fabricated venue.. There is an original Mayan village in Cozumel. Make sure to book a trip which has the original Mayan village in the itenerary.
